She motivates me, challenges me, and genuinely celebrates my progress. Tony is another trainer who brings so much encouragement and positivity every time he’s on the floor.
One of the things I appreciate most is the environment. Even if a trainer is not working with you directly, they will still cheer you on, notice your progress, and support you. It creates a space where everyone feels seen and encouraged, no matter where they are in their journey.

I've improved in my muscle mass over the years maintained and reduced my weight. I've had different trainers over the years due to attrition but the owner, Mike, has always made sure that my sessions are covered and I have had new compatible trainers assigned to help me with my goals. My husband I, now both attend and we have have top notch trainers coordinating our goals and providing us advice and guidance to help us achieve our goals that are definitely elusive in this COVID environment. With working on ZOOM calls all day, committing and executing on multiple workouts throughout the week has been our sanity, our health and our motivation.
