Came early around 11 AM thinking I was gonna be able to get fresher food due to always getting food that’s been left out or having to wait in the afternoon for them to make a new batch. The food I got today very well seemed to be from the previous day or possibly (I hope this is not true,) left overnight out. I hope this isn’t how things are run here, but it seems that may be the case. Too many times this has happened at this location, but this was awful. Broccoli was literally brown and hard, rice was also hard & all caked up in a ball. My fork they put in the bag broke trying to even gather anything. it was inedible, I had to throw it all away. I couldn’t bother driving all the way back to get my money back, it just wasn’t even worth it. I don’t feel it was worth the $10 I spent on it. I feel like management needs to look into this location as I’ve read other reviews of the same situation or very similar. Hard for me to say that I most likely will store returning to this location until it gets revamped or something. But somebody needs to look into this. If this is how things are truly run...
Read moreFirst of all that in the Drive-Thru without moving for 17 minutes then took another 30 minutes to make it through the drive-through to the speaker which is where I finally find out that they are only making fried food Staffing then find out they don't have half of the fried food so I order what they do have and have to wait another 15 minutes to receive it then the lady that brought the food out to my car got an attitude with me because I didn't park in the handicap spot I parked across from it and she said she needed me to be in the handicap spot because they need us to be closer I'm not handicapped and I have some sense of class and etiquette and you just don't park in the handicap spot. Really sad because I drove a ways and passed to other Panda Express because the last time I went to this particular location it was great service and even better food but this experience was awful oh and they had a handwritten sign saying the lobby was closed and they were closing at 8 instead of 9 so apparently we can just do whatever we want to now and claim...
Read moreI did a pick up order online tonight (11/25/23) in hopes to save time. What a mistake!
When I put in my order it said it would be ready by 806pm. I timed my drive appropriately and arrived at 807pm, although I did receive a text at 757pm stating that my order was ready for pickup. I thought I was late! But, the worker at the drive thru told me that they were still waiting on the chow mein and that it would be "a minute or two". They told me they would bring it out to my car when it was ready and had me pull up to the handicap spot.
Why did I get a text at 757pm saying my order was ready if at 807pm it still was not ready? I waited in that handicapped space for 20 minutes!!! You would think this would end up being the best, most fresh chow mein ever, right? Wrong!! It was 99% cabbage and 1% noodle with the shortest most pathetic looking noodles!
Worst part is that there was no attempt at reconciling the mistake. No apologies for the lack of chow mein, no asking what they could do to make up for it, no discount added... what a...
