St. Louis Bread Co. — Restaurant in Creve Coeur

I frequent this Bread Co regularly, and they CONSISTENTLY get my order incorrect, especially if I order using Rapid Pickup. Usually, I do not have time to stop and complain to a manager each and every time they mess up my order. Also, I do not like to make a big deal out of things as much as possible.

However, on one occasion I put my order in for scrambled egg on my sandwich instead of the round egg that they usually put on it. I entered this information based on customized settings on the website, so clearly this option was available. Also, for more than 6 times now I have ordered bagels and selected the option for them to be UNSLICED, set they do not read or insist on slicing them anyway. I usually slice my bagels differently or on my own due to my bagels tasting like onion and garlic from the bagel slicing machine.

I'm writing this review because I am deeply disappointed to where I am considering not going to this location anymore. I can never trust that my order will be correct as 90% it is blatantly WRONG. Please fix this and train your employees to be...

Placed an order for deliver through the app at my office. Ordered the turkey avacado blt and finished my order card info and all. Went back to review my order and the app showed that the sandwhich was not available at this location so i called to make sure the orser went through. I spoke to an Erin who was polite and put me on hold to speak with a manager...after being on hold for 20 minutes i hung up and called back. The person who answered this time did not give their name i explained my situation and she stated they did not have that samdwhich i would have to come in to request it she was very short with me amd it was obvious i was a huge inconvience to her. She read back my oder and apparently the sandwhich that you cannot order had already been made for my order and was ready to go. I love their food and have mever had an issue before this however this managers complete lack of manners or customer service was quite off putting and unprofessional. Were i the owner of this location i would rethink the person i have representing my company...

Update: Reduced from 5 to 2 stars. My last two or three experiences here have been pretty sad. I've been receiving messed up orders with missing items or "whole" sandwiches which were actually half sandwiches that then were cut in half (the most recent order had this issue AND the bread was burnt in places while the middle had ice cold chicken and unmelted cheese). I spoke with this location three weeks ago about an order that was messed up (TWICE!) and was told I would be mailed something for the trouble; guess who hasn't received anything. It's extremely doubtful that I'll be back to this location anytime soon.

Prices are reasonable, service is always quick, the employees are friendly, and the menu is always changing! Excellent for a fast-casual chain restaurant. If I had anything negative to say it's that the tables aren't always cleaned as often as they should be during peak hours....
