I came across their Laser hair removal sale and was eager to give it a try. As soon as I arrived to my appointment the front desk associate Susie was arriving back from lunch. She glanced at me outside the building before opening the door for herself and she proceeded to quickly walk through as if she did not see me coming in right behind her. Once I was checked in I was informed that I would need to fill out a medical assessment. I had no problem doing this but was told that I would have to fill it out in my phone even though the traditional process is using their tablets. I informed them that my internet service was not brining up the assessment and at that point I was provided a company tablet.
I met Jamie which was the associate who was conducting the Laser hair removal treatment on me. She was very pleasant and made me feel at ease. Unfortunately, since I am breastfeeding I wasnât able to use the numbing cream which resulted into me stopping the process because the pain was unbearable. Jamie completely understood and stated that she will inform the front desk to see if the service I made an agreement to pay for can be transferred to a different service such as cool sculpting.
After getting dress I met Jamie at the front desk where I was encountered by the front desk associate Susie. I informed Susie that I wanted to see if my agreement could be transferred to a different program I was interested in; in the past. She immediately stated that the program in the past that I Signed up for was canceled due to non usage. I asked her when was it canceled because someone called me yesterday to see if I was still interested. She stated that it was canceled today. I asked her could it be reopen and could my agreement be transferred to cool sculpting. Her aggressive and passive behavior while discussing this change left me feeling uncomfortable to the point that I asked to obtain a number for corporate so I could speak with someone about my concerns regarding switching my services that I already sign an agreement on. Susie immediately informed me that she doesnât have any contact information for corporate but would be more than happy to open a case. I understood and ask to speak with the manager. She continue to informed me that my service in non refundable.
The Manager, Amy came out very aggressive and seemed as if she did not want to be bothered by this situation. I informed her of my concerns and she listened and informed me that unfortunately at her level she cannot make and changes with services. I understood. She then continued to ask me if I wanted to cancel my membership as if she no longer wanted me to obtain services with ideal image.. I felt very uncomfortable and agreed to canceling my membership. I asked her if she had any contact information for corporate she stated no. I then asked her for her email address so I could follow up with her about our conversation. She declined but informed me of the regional director âCaseyâ email address. The manager, Amy then proceeded to say that Casey will be the one reaching out and provided me Caseyâs email address and stated that she is apart of corporate. I was surprise that I was given this information due to the manager,Amy and the front desk associate,Susie informing me that they did not have any contact information for corporate just a few minutes ago.
My experience with the staff was very bad and I do not recommend anyone especially of color to go there. The passive aggressive behavior that was shown by the complete white staff was beyond unprofessional.
Oh! I almost forgot one important thing. I went back into the center to ask a question and the staff was huddle together talking about the situation and not in a pleasant way. One of the front desk associates look at me as if she seen a ghost and asked me how can she help. I was saddened and disgusted with their behavior that I just left back out. ...

I went in early today , at 8 : 34 AM . I wanted to be early to get a good head start on any paperwork or preparation needed beforehand . Yes , be present and early , but donât be too early or you will frazzle them . I offered to stand outside until they were ready for their clientele , then I realized that it was ( indeed ) extremely cold when I headed towards the door . I told them this , and they were welcoming enough to let me sit in their waiting area . ( Pictures Supplied . )
As I was waiting , Chasity came up to me and offered a hot beverage from their refreshments station . Which was kind of her . I ended up having Lipton Tea , since it was the least caffeinated option available .
The receptionist , asked for my ID for filling . After the Identification process , I was then escorted to the room in the back with Chasity . She gave me some insight to the treatment and how it would be during the procedure .
The pre - treatment consisted of Facial Cleansing with Toner , and then followed up with facial gel for the lasering .
During the procedure , Chasity went in sections . Took her time as much as possible , and gave me some downtime inbetween working to take a breather .
The lasering itself isnât bad , although can be uncomfortable in some parts . Think of small needles poking into and onto your skin , at various times .
You will feel tightness and some discomfort . I have been gentle with touching my face to prevent irritation .
At the end of the session an Aloe Vera gel was placed on my face to help with healing .
Chasity sent me on my way with a sheet of instructions for facial care and recovery . Iâm excited for my next appointment .

   Read moreIdeal Image's use of botox service had been a complete satisfaction until I had to return twice for the same area not having much result, bunny lines. 1st site injection, (1unit per each side of nose) no visible result after 11 days. I called and was graciously offerd an appt within 2 hrs of my call. This reaction was right up there with the excellent service Ideal Image had so far been extending. 2nd injection 2 units per each side of nose. Little to no results after 10 days of waiting. I informed them of the lack of results and returned for assessment. I was seen by a different nurse this time who agreed to lack of visible results. She told me that she was going to recommend no more treatment for my bunny lines since there was no results. She did not offer any possible reason as to why treatment was not working or let me know if there was another treatment or not for the bunnylines. I wasn't happy about what I was now thinking was a waste of 4 units. To redirect myself from my disappointment I treated myself to botox treatment for crows feet. I saw almost immediate results which at this point 7 days later, I'm satisfied with the results. However, 3 days ago (within the 7 days) I woke up to puffiness under my left eye. I thought it was due to how you have puffy eyes after waking up. I lightly applied iced but the puffiness has remained. As soon as 9am hits I'm calling to let them know about the puffiness under my left eye. Honestly, after I'm seen for this I may consider going elsewhere... I do want to say though that the staff I've encountered at the Creve Couer location is awesome! Carly's assistance over the phone is impeccable and her front desk greeting is totally genuine. She serves this Ideal Image location nothing less than a natural excellence! Not sure how to star rate because I'm torn... but it looks like this will not post without giving the star rating....
