The word I would use to describe this place is meh. I visited this location and upon entering I loved the decor. It's modern and sleek but with very minimal decor. Loved the picture of my man Elvis hanging up and the black and red interior. The server was nice and had a great attitude but our experience was kind of affected by a large party that came in I don't fault her for that. Moving on to the food. I am dairy free and finding something to eat was a bit difficult as the allergen info on their website did not align with the info given to me by the server.I ordered a hamburger with no bun or tomatoes with bacon. The food came out very quickly, probably the quickest I've ever received food. The food came out on a robot which was very off putting and weird to me and my friend. We didn't like that at all. The food was wrong. It had cheese and tomatoes. I got my order back quickly and correct but upon tasting the food the bacon was extremely crispy. The burger was so incredibly greasy that it left a pool of grease in my basket. It did not sit well on my stomach at all. The meat was flavorless. I had to add salt and pepper to it. The fries were soggy and flavorless. I had one crispy fry in my entire basket. They tasted like they'd sat awhile. I also had to add salt to those as well and I don't do salt if that tells you anything. My friend thought the same as me. We were disappointed to say the least. I wish I could eat dairy because the desserts looked absolutely delicious and I'm sure is the selling point for this place because it surely can't be the food. The worst part was paying. It took about 25 minutes for us to receive our check, pay, and get the receipt back. We just sat here waiting for what seemed like forever. It was not a good experience from start to finish. I love the concept love the decor and the old timey vibe but that's the only good I can say about today.

What and amazing experience! The food was AMAZING! My son loved his classic cruiser! Next, Brittany was absolutely amazing, absolutely wonderful customer service! I was shocked she even opened the door for us when we came in right of the bat I was like wow that was super nice! She made sure our experience was awesome and was very understanding and helpful with our two toddlers being messy. One of our toddlers spilled there cup when she walked by and she was on it like white on rice, she had it cleaned up before we could even reach for a napkin. Were from Florida and you DO NOT get the kind of customer service we just experienced. This was also our first time eating at hwy 55. Brittany just earned yall returning customers when were in town. Thank you!

First time at the restaurant. Great environment. Servers were all nice, positive, and helpful regarding menu selections. We had the Shrimp Po Boy with tater tots and the Moose Philly Cheesesteak with fries. The Po Boy was stuffed with delicious shrimp on a bed of shredded lettuce and tomato with their signature sauce all tucked in between a fresh hoagie roll. The tater tots were crispy and an excellent compliment to the meal. The Moose Cheesesteak was also delicious and flavorful as well as the French fries! We ate for under $25 with taxes and drinks! Definitely will be going back to try out the burgers and shakes! This is a restaurant that Tennessee can be proud of.

First time visiting this restaurant and was pleasantly pleased overall. Greeted upon entering, drink order taken immediately, ordering was quick & we did have a few special requests. Our food came quickly, although it was not correct as ordered. Our server was very apologetic for the error and she had the mishap tajen care of very quickly and to our satisfaction. The food tasted so fresh, and super tasty! And the amount of food you got for the price was unbelievable. Neitger of us could finish our meaks so we got to take the rest home to enjoy tomorrow. The manager (or maybe he was the owner, we are not real sure) was walking around stopping at tables to talk & see how things were, and just chat about family life, etc. Loveky man, extremely friendly. The restaurant was very clean including the public restrooms that were handicap accessible. The parking lot had ample handicap spots that were clearly marked as well. They have a large parking lot around the building and a drive thru for your convenience as well. They also have some patio tables & chairs outside for your enjoyment on nice days when you woukd like to sit outdoors to eat your meals. The servers were extremely friendly and eager to make sure that you had everything you need to enjoy your food order and they havexa robot that will bring food to your table which the kids there were getting a kick out of that. And we can't forget there awesome milkshakes & ice cream treats! This restaurant is located on Main St (Hwy 127) in town close to our shopping & food choices and just down the street from I-40. Would definately not hesitate to come enjoy HIGHWAY 55 Restaurant again with family & friends. And, you get plenty food for the prices which we felt were very reasonable for...

Really great staff! Me, my boyfriend, and son visited this resturant very unexpectedly. We had never seen nor heard of a hwy 57 before and thought we'd give it try on a road trip. Due to us never hearing of it we decided to go in and do a Togo order rather than use the drive thru so we could really see and understand the menu. We ordered a BBQ burger, a Philly combo, and a tenders kid meal. Sidenote: the car you get with the kids meal is so cute! Oh and let's not forget the cherry concrete. Upon ordering the staff answered all our questions and was very helpful. While waiting we recieved our drinks and concrete. Of course we all tried the concrete and our only review on the concrete is we wish we order more and bigger ones, it was fire! After finishing our concrete we were still waiting on our food and I believe every single employee asked us what we was waiting on. Apparently the kitchen forgot to cook our food! Not a big deal everyone was very nice and apologetic even a cook from the back came out to us and apologized and gave us 3 free Phillis on our next visit! The food is the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. We all feel the food was typical frozen fries nothing special. But definitely not saying it was bad. We will return even without 3 free Phillies. The tenders however, were the best part of the food, they...
