Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Crossville

Been a few years since we tried a Papa Johns...we were driving by and decided to we were hungry!! Lobby was closed and drive thru service only. We pulled up to the window and the young lady asked for the order name...told her we wanted to place an order...eye roll and she walked away and came back with paper and pen..she took our order and when my wife asked for a small Hawaiian she slammed the pencil down and said that was only available in med or large, I pointed out that on line they show a small..reply was that was on line!! Told us to come back in 20 minutes....ran some errands (washed the truck) and came back to the drive thru right at 20 minutes...first thing she said (same lady) was a sarcastic, "I said 20 minutes" she walked away and brought the order to us. Food was very good, no issues there at all. The franchise needs to help this employee find a more appropriate job for her attitude, one where she does not DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC!! I know you can't judge by one...

The app tells you your pizza is ready. You go in and they tell you just because the app says so doesn't mean your pizza is ready, it'll be another 15-20 min. The drive thru is a joke. People staying at the drive thru window waiting 1/2 hour + for their order to be ready shouldn't be allowed. The window worker should tell them they can't sit there waiting, they need to get back in line or something. Just because "they're there first" doesn't mean it's ok to keep everyone else waiting because they went there as soon as they ordered instead of waiting. 4 cars in line, I'm #4. Then the next car is sitting there for 20. The car in front of me and myself finally backed up and our passengers went inside to get our pizzas. They should just close the window. Then you have cars who parked up in front trying to get out and expect a whole line of cars in the drive thru to back up so they could get out. This is a pizza place,...

The WORST Papa John's Pizza I EVER HAD!!!!!! THE THINNEST CRUST IVE EVER SEEN, THERE FOR A SECOND I THOUGHT I WAS EATING A DOMINOES PIZZA, WAIT A MINUTE!! , DOMINOES PIZZA TASTE BETTER I Believe, this pizza dough was so thin and overcooked it reminds me of cheap frozen store bought pizza from a convience store!!! , furthermore it wasn't even Hot for the restaurant to be only 31/2 miles away!!!
