My experience with this establishment was horrible. They don’t care about the customers opinion or the amount of money you spend there. The manager Hana, works harder trying to ignore a complaint. I paid for 3 specialty (Mixed) drinks, Spools to be specific. It tasted like pure juice. When I asked the bartender what alcohols were poured in my drinks, she shows me a bottle of triple sec, and says that triple sec is just the label on the bottle, but 3 different alcohols are mixed in. I purchase this religiously from the Lafayette, Broussard and Scott locations, where they pour each alcohol visually in front of you so that the customer doesn’t have to guess what there drinking. The bartender pours from a bottle of triple sec, the drink tastes like pure juice, and they won’t refund my money, so that I can purchase the real drinks from a more professional and courteous establishment. I’ll contact the real Manager- Josh Spell on Monday. I think it may be against the board of health rules to have premixed alcohol inside of a bottle of triple sec. The drink comes with Vodka, Bombay Gin, and Rum, those are pretty distinctive drinks. The board of health will be contacted Monday, if the Manager- Josh Spell, doesn’t contact me by Monday as specified by his employee Hana. If this is the original restaurant, then these employees should be cross trained, because having alcohol premixed inside a triple sec bottle with get a customer sick. If I could this would be a zero 0 rating instead of 1. I feel robbed and ignored, and Hana and bartender basically told me to drink it even though they can’t prove what’s in my drink. I’ve thrown the drinks away because they could have piss in that triple sec bottle and I would never know. They basically said that I’m the only customer to complain, so take these mystery drink and go. A mixed drink should be mixed visibly by and professional bartender or establishment with dignity...
Read moreI just had dinner at Fezzo's this evening Tuesday December 8, 2020 and I can tell you I will not be back to Fezzo's for quite some time, if ever. Our waitress was very unprofessional she served us food without giving us plates with which to put our food on, We ordered a dozen oysters , charbroiled with some cheeses on it, but when we got our recess ticket for the evening the menu price price for the dozen oysters was in accurate and was almost double what was advertised in the menu and our server did not warn us that that was only the half dozen price, we were charged for the two pistolettes that we asked for, and we had to ask for butter and a plate for that food as well ........very very dissatisfied with our service, and when we asked to speak with the manager about the price of the dozen oysters she claimed that I was lucky that she didn't charge us for 2 - 1/2 dozen oyster orders at $14.49 per half dozen, she told me that most people never asked them about the price of a dozen Oysters, that they just paid their ticket so I was very offended by her interaction with me felt that they were dishonest in their pricing and it was a problem that they could have fixed by printing a menu with the accurate menu prices on it. The manager did not offer to alter or in anyway mitigate my concerns and The service I was given was worse than any I've had in quite a few years .....I will not...
Read moreRegardless if you're from Louisiana or not; you, your family, or friends will most certainly love this fantastic restraunt. As you enter the door of this establishment, the smells of seasoned cajun foods overwhelm your sense of smell. Next you'll notice the cleanness... always an employee cleaning. The staff there are well mannered in friendliness, courteous, & knowledgeable on the various types of food dishes served there...(ex: If a query is asked as to what you'd like to order, how it's prepared, cook time, etc...the staff know it all. Most times you don't even have to look at the menu. Just mention something for example "Seafood Platter"... you're given the entire run down & than some which is a great thing. Personally, I like to know exactly what I'm putting in my mouth). The food is {Totally} awesome with that word being an understatement. I should've used the word: "Off-the-chain." Last, but certainly not the least, taking into consideration the seafood is daily fresh, prepared by the cooks as if it were there own platter...the prices are within reasonability with other restraunts in the surrounding areas. Final, I highly recommend this outstanding establishment to local & travels passing through; wherefore, my experience there will have you coming back repeatedly. Sure... they're...
