We had a terrible experience here 7/15/2023. We went through drive through we couldnât understand the person through the speaker at the drive through finally placed our order nothing out of ordinary. I asked the girl to read the order back at the window well she mumbled When I asked her to speak up she said well itâs loud in here. I got upset gave her my card and said just charge me, which was a mistake. I get to window to pickup food and was asked to pull up. So after about 15 minutes our food come they shorted me a drink. I didnât say anything I was ready to leave I thought at least the food will be hot. WRONG the food tasted like it...
   Read moreWe stopped at this McDonaldâs while passing through on a road trip, right after dealing with a flat tire. I had placed an order through the app, but when we gave the pickup code at the drive-thru, the crew member could not locate it in the system.
They called the manager, who explained it was likely a system error. The app showed the payment as processed, but it had not gone through on their end. We tried canceling and reordering, but the system did not allow it.
Despite the issue, the staff resolved everything quickly and made sure we received our full order. We appreciate the way they handled the situation and helped us get back...

Then the manager steps in to perform the employee's position, but leaves excessive fat grease onto the buns of your burger.
The employee on the first part intentionally saturated the burgers with Catsup, handing me a slap in the face đ for a poor act in customer service.
