1 * for discrimination then for me that the gentleman behind me should be able to go in front of me which I did not mind since he was a senior citizen and I was raised by my folks to always treat Elders with respect so had no issue with is the issue I had was when the lady started treating me like I was something less than human and I'm sure it was due to the fact that I was in a tank top and have tattoos now I had got these tattoos when I'm 18 years old okay I'm now almost 40 years old I still look very young but I don't think that that is a reason for me to get pushed to the back of the line and the original young lady who took my order was very polite smiled and was an excellent customer service representative the manager got involved and pretty much treated me very very horribly I just think that corporate should know they should probably give the young lady who was taking the order first the management spot since she seems to handle management more well then the other lady who I'm not sure the name of but I'm very unsatisfied with this Dunkin Donuts and I spend a lot of money with Dunkin Donuts from Hernando County to Hillsborough County to Pasco County to Pinellas County and have never been so discriminated against I don't know if not I'm a minority white male or what but very disappointed in the service and will definitely be contacting someone who is money is getting affected by managers sending well paying customers away like they don't...
Read moreThe last time I was at a Dunkin' Donuts, all they sold was donuts. So after talking to my cousin, I decided to try Duncan Donuts again. They sell a lot of other things now. They have food such as breakfast, and other sandwiches. You can get the breakfast food all day. So I decided to order something from the breakfast side of the menu which is posted up behind the workers. I ordered a croissant sandwich with egg, cheese and sausage. I also ordered hash browns and a latte of which I cannot remember the name. The food was good. The hash browns were good but sparse. I counted them just to make sure I wasn't imagining it because it looked like the paper container was half full. There were only six hash browns which didn't make me extremely happy, but what was there was very good. The sandwich and latte were fine. The store is nicely decorated with a comfortable atmosphere. It has a Wi-Fi. When I finished I went to my car to leave and the drive-thru cars had me blocked in. When they did move forward, no one made any effort to let me out. So eventually I just backed up towards their cars about six times until I was turned around and then I was able to leave. Had me a little bit miffed. I would have let the person out. The overall experience was good, the food was good, and the young man who helped me was very nice. I would definitely recommend this fast food store, just be careful...
Read moreThis place must be a horrible place to work because every time I come here there’s a different face. They can’t hold onto employees.Their always advertising for help. Take care of your employees be nice to them pay them fair and you’ll hold onto people, give them decent hours. They can’t decide if they’re a Dunkin’ Donuts or an ice cream shop. They say they’re Dunkin’ Donuts. They have less than two dozen donuts in the whole place. No selection! imagine that on national donut day you can’t even go in and get a donut! You would think that they would make so many donuts expecting crowds of people. I have watched this place for eight years it has gone downhill. They never have any donuts that’s why they don’t sell any donuts. It doesn’t take a genius to figure this one out. what does it cost to make a donut? Pennies so even if you make too many at the end of day donate to food banks. What hurts your bottom line is when you don’t have inventory to sell! where’s the franchisee? where is Dunkin donuts watching this place? Obviously managed by children and must have a rich owner who doesn’t see his business failing. Now that Serveyor’s gonna ask how much money do I spend obviously I can’t spend anything you don’t have...
