I am very upset with the service I received this evening. I was disrespected by one of the staff members at your restaurant I have the receipt that could possibly indicate her name I have two names on the receipt. when I asked the manager that was on duty he told me he was not able to give me her name due to privacy reasons. I paid for three different orders had to wait 10 minutes to receive my order once I did they're were items there was, missing ( later i found out their was more) ...
I was disrespected by the young lady who refered to me as a "girl "and I had to inform her that I am a miss or a ma'am. There were other people present at that time there were women there were children and I had asked her if she referred to them as girl when they walked in or did she refer to them as Ms. Or a ma'am I do believe that there is a great significant lack of accountability and a lack of respect for how your staff members behaved, at this facility and very poor customer service.
I don't know if this was a culture issue or a color issue but I need to say if their is footage you need to run it! Please reveiw the footage no one intervened on my behalf or stoppd her and told her that she was wrong later I found out that I had a burger that was also missing from my order and I had called the manager who was at the store and he decided to get nasty with me, and very disrespectful
A customer should not be blamed for the mistakes or the disrespect that's coming from the staff. As many times as I spend my money here I have never received this treatment .
I would really hope that corporate pays attention to everything that I'm saying here and runs that footage as well as holds up to its promise in customer satisfaction. And maybe you guys can possibly train your staff as to how to talk to adults grown women who come into that store to place an order to speak with a manager to call the store phone how to talk to an adult woman I'm over I'm over 40 years old I don't appreciate that kind of conduct.

Ok so fresh and hot is worth waiting for but when she said 20 min for French fries I put car in park . I was asked to move over then watched 4 carsgo thru and get orders when I watched several car loads of french fries ( I watched passenger eat fries right out of bag .) I'm thinking , ok maybe ordered on line . So 15 min later I walked inside to see what was going on. I listened to two more orders go thru. Then asked about my order and was quoted 10 more min. Because fries cooking right now are sold to people in line . When I pointed out that I had been waiting for over the 20 original mins. Quoted. The rude abrupt first cashier literally said " I am the only person in here actually working , I watched her put out orders make hamburgers cook fries and take orders. All while I literally watched three other employees stand around laughing eating and doing absolutely nothing. She got my order ready it was fresh and hot and tasted great but when I left there she looked like she was totally wiped out.. She asked someone to do something and she gave her the stink eye.. and didn't move a muscle. She went back towards the back of the store and I can only guess that she did it herself . Read moreI’m really freaking over coming here getting a 10 peice nugget in fries after work super hungry just to go to eat it and the nuggets are old and the fries are ice cold it is bullshit at this point the only person who gives me my food right is a 20 or so Hispanic girl I don’t know her name but she works at night and is really nice and always make sure a my food is good.
