Lollygaggers — Restaurant in Crystal River

Unfortunately the mixture of wrongs was enough to off set the rights. Our server was Tyler R. He seemed an odd choice too be a person in the dining room as he didn’t have personality at all. He dropped our appetizer off as if it was a secret. Strangest way to drop food off at a table that I’ve ever seen. Don’t even know how to describe it. He dropped it on the edge of the corner while looking around as if no one should know we were getting it. My wife’s sandwich came out completely wrong. Ordered corned beef sandwich ended up with a Ruben, asked for a side of gravy and that never came with it . Not sure if the wrong sandwich was grabbed or it was ordered improperly but she ate it anyway because she’s not about to wait even longer than we had for food. Despite ordering and being seated before the tables surrounding us our food took quite a minute which i could dismiss if it weren’t for them all getting fed before we did. It all just put a terrible taste in my mouth from start to finish honestly. The food was ok but not enough to dine in again. I know they recently moved and probly have new employees front and back but this was just a terrible experience beyond new...

This is my second visit to this Lollygaggers. This is the original Lollygaggers location, and a second location opened up in 2021 in Floral City. Lollygaggers is a sports bar that serves a wide variety of craft and domestic beers, along with hard liquor, and a robust menu of lunch, appetizer and dinner dining. My personal favorite is their buffalo chicken wings. My friends took advantage of the specials of the day, themed around Taco Tuesday (I asked -- there is unfortunately no Wings Wednesday). All of us enjoyed our meals. In late afternoon, the volume was quite even though the establishment was about 1/3 full of patrons; it was easy to hear each other talk without raising our voices. The ladies restroom was clean, with two stalls, both in working order. This Lollygaggers is at the southern end of the strip that Harbor Freight is in. There is plenty of free off street parking out front. Outdoor dining is permitted, but it consists of a few chairs on the sidewalk out front and that's where all the smokers go. Major credit cards and cash are accepted for payment. Wait staff was friendly, attentive, and got our orders right at the get go. I plan to continue...

A group of 14 of us went back in May, and had a crummy experience (mainly due to our server). I decided to take my kids there tonight (party of 4), and give it another shot. Let me tell you, I was blown away! The manager had remembered me from that night, and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was top notch! My son ordered the ribeye steak, and they were out. Chad, the manager, didn't even tell us. He went out and got my son a ribeye from canes! Was back in a jiffy, and my son had the best steak he had even eaten. We had Lauren as our server, and she was the most pleasant and prompt server I've ever had! I'm so impressed that Chad did what he did for us, even though we would have totally understood of they said they were out of ribeyes. Lauren came to the table with a smile every time, and we never went without anything we needed! ALSO, even though he had already ran out and personally got my son the steak, they gave him a free piece of cheese cake! This is an establishment I will gladly visit way more often, they truly care about their patrons! Thank you Chad and Lauren for the absolutely AMAZING...
