Pizza Man of Crystal — Restaurant in Crystal

I placed a online order with this restaurant a couple weeks, 1st time ordering from this place. I left to pick up my order but forgot my order/ confirmation number. I went in to pick up my order and was told they didn't have an order in my name. There wasn't any effort put forth to find out what happened or to check their online orders, so I left and bought something else to eat. 2 hours later they had the audacity to leave a message to tell me that I had 2 pizzas ready for pick up. I called them back to find out what was their point in calling me 2 hours later to tell me my order was ready as if I was really gonna go back to pick up that order. They didn't have an explanation and gave a pathetic apology. The way it was handle was terrible and I will not patronize...

Angels is all I can say! Jada was a Real Hero Tonight! A Man Dying In ICU N. MEMORIAL HOSPITAL. A woman in tears! Hungry and not wanting to leave his side. Just wanted some food! I called Several Places! No one would help! See, I'm in Colorado, not MN. One place even laughed at me! But Jada as busy as she was helped me get my little sister a pizza! You do not know how it feels to care and not be able to do anything. The delivery driver also was so patience. I wish I'd gotten her name also! Drive through a blizzard, waited four my sister to get down there to pick up delivery and said thanks when all I had was $2.00 For A Tip! I will forever treasure these remarkable people. Before I placed an online order I read the reviews and some were not favorable. I decided not to order. I thought a bit more how would I feel if I was the owner and had a couple poor reviews and that was a deciding factor to not come to my location. Sometimes reviews are done with poor ratings due to expectations that are not possible.

I placed my order online, I then drove to the location. Clean and friendly employees, pizza was ready to take out. Service from step in to step out less than 45 seconds. Got home and the pizza was outstanding. I recommend this place to anyone. Order online is easy and pickup is easy. They do not deliver in my area so pickup was my only option.
