Wait was horrible. Food was edible. Dunno who the lady at the front was with the grey shirt on with the lazy eye. Happened around 8:00-9:30 am. Older lady brought her biscuit back saying it was wrong and this lady was rude and wouldn't fix it unless this older lady brought her a receipt (even though this grey shirt lady was the one who took her order). Then shortly after my mom Brought our drinks up there cause the sprite tasted awful. The grey shirt lady said there was a problem with the carbonation and some drinks work and some don't and there isn't nothing they can do. She then tells my mom she won't refund her cause she drank half the drink (which my mother didn't cause it was absolutely disgusting) and then my mom opens the lid to a full cup of nasty sprite. So you can warn your customers your out of medium lids but you can't give customers a heads up that the drink machine isn't fully working? Then my mother proceeds to ask for a refund (just for the drinks not for the food) and once again this lady is arguing saying she needs a receipt (which by the way she didn't give me). I physically had to get up and tell her she just took our order and then the grey shirt lady tells the other employees who just showed up that she rembers me and as I walked away still argues that she gave me my receipt (which she definitely didn't). After awhile the manager gives us our drink refunds. Here's a little hint don't argue with your customers because you failed to not inform them that your drink machines aren't working properly and 2 try putting trays on the counter with the receipts on the customers tray instead of just tossing them all over the place or better yet just hand it to...
Read moreOnce AGAIN my order was wrong. Went through drive-thru and ordered 2 pork chop biscuits with NO gravy only to get them home and find them smothered in gravy. Also, the one I got had a biscuit that was so thin and broken up I couldn’t take it apart to add salt and pepper. This isn’t the first time, or second or third or fourth, that this had happened. When I called and spoke with the GM she made several excuses as to why that probably happened. I don’t need excuses, I need my order to be CORRECT. I was told that on the order screen pc biscuits with gravy looks similar to pc biscuits without gravy and that if they’re busy they might get it wrong. So maybe fix the screens? Read moreI just went to pick up an order that my boyfriend placed on the app. Waited a bit at the speaker for someone to talk to me which was fine, but when I drove up after telling them the name on the order, the lady at the window proceeded to tell me that someone with the same name came inside and picked up the order in person and then proceeded to say “I know him I went to high school with him.” Insinuating that I was trying to take someone’s order that wasn’t mine. She was really rude and had a really nasty attitude. Austin is a fairly common name. When they finally figured it out she said “that was all we needed to know” very sarcastically.
