Burger King — Restaurant in Cumberland

Placed a order 4 ppl placed orders after me the parked all of us everyone got there food but me I go to the window and stand there like a dummy for ten mins trying to get my money back they closed up empty the draw had no food 50 mins wasted no food on New Year’s Eve I’m so mad so mad how did u forget my order and give ppl there’s after me why you parking cars this is super unacceptable plus u didn’t even refund my card hand me cash back like that makes it better no o want the food I ordered Your store on mendon road in Cumberland Rhode Island needs corporate to get involved I’m a huge fan of bk after my experience tonight I will boycott all burger kings u all left me with out food and at the point where I couldn’t go any wher else by the time I made it worse where they would be closed this was a very very bad experience and I will make sure everyone I know knows this is how my final experience was with you...

I just got a chicken sandwich at a different Burger King, where they put ketchup, even after I ask for no ketchup no tomatoes, on a chicken sandwich that doesn't come with one anyways, I am severely allergic. I literally cried over something this simple, silly I know but having it happen twice in the past 24 hours just makes you want to cry. I rolled up to the drive through and apologize for being ridiculously overzealous about my need for lack of ketchup, and the wonderful lady at the window paid for my sandwich, because she felt bad! I just needed to say how much she turned my day around with that one little act of kindness!...

only thing consistently good is the fries. they never make the burgers how we want, all we ask for every single time is no pickles no onions. sometimes we are lucky and get one burger w/o onions. just went and the lady looked my husband right in the eyes and confirmed there were no pickles or onions, when we got back home w/ our food there was four pickles on both burgers and onions on his. the only time we have gotten it made as we requested was when we went inside to order and they had to remake them anyways bc they were about to give them to us w/...
