I've generally had decent enough experiences at this location, but had a pretty poor one this past Sunday. I went in at 11:30 in the morning, was the only one in the place, and the only lady who seemed to be working there was on the phone taking an order. I stood there for 10 minutes while she never once acknowledged me, and ended up walking out. If you're the only person working, you need to find a better way to balance whatever you're doing on the phone with people who are actually in your restaurant wanting to buy your food. Even just a quick acknowledgement or eye contact and I probably would have stayed.
Also worth mentioning is that this location (like many others in the area) does not accept any Subway coupons or advertised promotions at all. They have many signs stating as much. I don't necessarily hold that against them, as from my understanding Subway corporate treats their franchisees pretty poorly. So I can see why they wouldn't want to lose money on corporate coupons. But if you live in the area, you probably get these coupons in the mail monthly, and they're pretty good coupons... or they would be if any of their locations actually accepted them. Read moreThis subway is going downhill just like the east side. I went in on Sunday at 12:00, they had 2 loaves of bread and no bread would be ready for more than 10 min. The girls working were not friendly. A customer came in while I was waiting who had placed and paid for an on line order. The girl working was rude to her telling her "we don't have any order!!". The lady said well she had paid. While she was looking up her email the worker did find the order. She did not offer an apology. Then I told the other worker who was going to take my order that since there was only 2 loaves of bread she should probably make the lady who had ordered online and already paid. She got an additude with me telling me she couldn't do that, there were customers in the store. Umm whats the point of placing an order on line then?? I have gone in on 2 other occasions wanting to get a meatball sub. I was told they put the meatballs up at 7. Wewere there at 8:00 one night then 6:45 another night. Both times they had no meatballs. I always try to give a business the benefit of the doubt in situations but clearly after multiple visits, it’s apparent that this is simply how this establishment is owned and operated. The owners refuse to accept coupons. They refuse online orders or reward members deals/discounts. They don’t even make an attempt to make a situation right, they instead just say “I’m not sure, I don’t know how to do that” but when asked for the manager they share they are the owners. To top it off, the bread is very tough, like it’s almost stale or days old. Although the restaurant is clean, it is always empty. I have only ever seen maybe one or two other people in there ordering at the same time.
