Dey created this masterpiece for me based off a request for coconut and cheesecake. The cake layers are covered in dulce de leche! Her creativity and attention to every beautiful detail was so much appreciated. The owner Dey was so Nice and gave me some free samples :) I was amazed that everything was made from scratch. Soups, Sandwiches, Wraps, Pastries, Donuts, Cookies, Cakes! I got a huge Turkey Sandwich with home made Soup for only $7.5 and it came with a piece of free home made cornbread!

New Dey Rising Cafe & Bakery is scrumptious! They have a rotating recipe schedule and an assortment of cakes and pastries. They offer lunch specials and are open on Saturdays for breakfast and lunch. They offer vegan options as well.

Best Bakery in Indy. Love this place. Some of the best fresh homemade baked goods and food you will have. Has a small town shop feel but Dey, the owner, is the nicest person you’d ever meet.
