Great location, good icecream, but they have to improve their communication and their treatment of customers. This is the second time I have heard them scream "Sir, you did not pay for the toppings" when someone (likely first timers to the store) did not pay for the toppings, and tried to take them. No fault of customers since there is no indicator ANYWHERE that the toppings are to be paid for. And their way of letting customers know is to scream. How much did the toppings cost finally? 40cents. But really how much did the toppings cost the store? Lost a few customers including the one who observed (me) and the customer who received that treatment.
