I was disappointed today in the service. As a family we go to Nidos because the food is good for breakfast, but the service does not par up to the food. We sat at a dirty table for 10 mins, as our server by passed us several times, almost to not want to look our way because he’d have to serve us. He finally wiped our table and said, “your server will be right with you...” Another 5-10 mins, he comes to get our drink order and never hands us menus. We waited again... It took 15 mins to get my latte and I had to ask for menus when he came to get our order. My patience was running thin, but I was with my kids, so I more wanted to get out of there as quickly as we could— my daughter’s order came out wrong, so I just picked off the stuff she didn’t want rather than them take it back. The cake topper though was that my daughter’s fork fell on the ground and our server picked it up and put it back on the table next to her. He said, “Do you plan on using that?” Are you serious?! Why did he not just take it to the kitchen, regardless of her needing another one or not. When we checked out, we had to get up and go to the front to pay. We stood there and the manager looked at us and walked past me, doing the same thing — not making eye contact, so he didn’t have to help us. If you don’t want to be at work or don’t want to serve people at the restaurant you work at, then why are you in this business? Please get better servers and we will be return customers, otherwise Starbucks...

Idk where to begin, very Bazar. experience. My daughters meal came out w/ appetizer, very awkward. We all wound up eating on her meal waiting on kids and my meal not to mention their orange juice. Finally 30 min after appetizer and her entree was finished kids were served their French toast, she had curry chicken they had French toast you do the math.... We're still waiting on my entree order which obviously was never put in to the kitchen. Server needs new job, not his Forte sorry not sorry. Food great, atmosphere great, they did comp our meal, honestly first ever for me @ 56 yr old. I don't complain ever to management being in the business have a greater understanding for a bad day, lack of staff, but this was seriously the craziest most bizarre experience, including interaction with manager and his responses during the entire situation. Purchased drinks from bar due to the serious lack of service by our server, how do you expect adult beverage service when you can't even bring the kids a drink actually never did so had to hear about it rest of day from 3 1/2 yr old grandfather she didn't get her orange juice, never came after asking literally 3 times where their OJ is, that is when and if you could actually...

😔I was so disappointed. I’d been looking forward to coming here for over a month once my husband was done with trainings all over the Southeast. I’d been following their page on Facebook getting more and more excited with every post of some scrumptious meal or another. We finally made it there today for brunch. My husband got the French toast and I got the Nutella crepes. The French toast was definitely the most disappointing part of the experience. The edges were burned and it looked like it was made using your run of the mill WonderBread. Very small pieces and my husband said it didn’t taste like French toast it was just crispy, sweet toast. My Nutella crepe was fine and that’s the only positive thing I can say about it. It was a chocolate crepe with edges that were a little more than done. It was crammed full of Nutella AND drizzled with chocolate syrup. It was all just sickeningly sweet. That’s saying something because I LOVE my sweets. I don’t know. Maybe it was an off-day for the kitchen. Maybe their tapas are better? Just after so much anticipation this experience was a real let down. The atmosphere is great, service was good; there was so...

It’s so Nido!!! Lol. But seriously, Nido Cafe is great! My girlfriends and I came for Sunday brunch. The atmosphere and ambiance is perfect. They have an outdoor area as well, a couple of them, actually. One was a cute little couch area on a patio that looked quite cozy. This place is so stinkin cute and inviting!! We all had a mimosa, and enjoyed them. I had the Traditional Cuban Sandwich and it was very tasty, even had some burnt crispy cheese on the very edge, which I LOOOVE!! I do wish it came with a side though, really wanted a small side of their Nido Salad. One friend had the bacon, egg and cheese croissant, another had the steak burrito and I don’t remember what the other had but they all were happy with their meals, too! I also just realized that they have a Honey Lavender Cafe Nido and I am now I’m mad at myself for not getting that! Ha. Guess I definitely have to go back now, even though it’s more than a hour from my house!! Haha. It’s that good! Quick sidebar - I love that they have plenty of alcohol options, but they’re not even open for dinner (they close at 5). Haha. Totally in for day drinking! Love this spot, Nido Owners/Creators!

Nido CafĂ© has become one of our go-to spots for brunch during vacations, and it never disappoints! This cozy, cute breakfast haven is perfect for a relaxed start to the day. We absolutely love their cappuccinos and matcha lattes—always a treat. During our recent visit, we tried the Protein Plates, which were delicious, although the bacon was a bit on the greasy side. It would be wonderful if they could offer a healthier option, like grass-fed meat. On another visit, I had the Eggs Benny, which was absolutely delightful. Our waitress was incredibly sweet and attentive, adding to the enjoyable experience. I couldn’t resist picking up a loaf of their homemade fresh sourdough bread—it’s a must-try! The café’s atmosphere is both comfortable and welcoming, with patios offering lovely views. They’ve thoughtfully equipped the space with ceiling fans for summer and heaters for winter, making it a great spot year-round. One small note: there is a $0.50 charge for butter and jam each, so keep that in mind. Overall, Nido CafĂ© remains a favorite, and we’ll definitely be back!
