Fuku Asian Bistro is absolutely AWESOME! We dine-in or have delivery 1 to 2 times a week! All the food, whether cooked or Sushi, is wonderful! Those couple of reviewers who disparaged the young staff, calling them children, using horrible terms like child-slavery, are evil people— ignore their bigotry, ignorance, and typical evil “Karen-ness” and “Bubba-ness” typical of certain types of people today. The owners of Fuku are warm, caring, wonderful people; they are very hard-working and very skilled at cafe service as well as preparing every one of their menu items. The staff - including servers, cooks, and Sushi Chefs, as well as the deliverers - are all professional and are extremely hard-working in an era when service-staff are very hard to find. About delivery: Every delivery is done by very good workers; every delivery is professionally boxed and packed in a way that keeps the food nearly pristine; hot foods are packed separately from cold foods - no other food deliverer takes the time and care to do this! - and usually the delivery comes well under the 45 minutes that they tell you on the phone when you order! Summary: ignore the bigoted reviewers who think it is okay to denigrate the young women who work there, sounds like they paid far too much attention to making themselves feel good by picking on and bullying others and then actually showing their ignorance by bully-posting online; Give Fuku Asian Bistro a try - the people are hard-working and try hard to make sure your visit is good, the food is really, really good, and the Sushi is wonderful!!! I will never order for delivery again from these people. I called at 1:00 asked for two house fried rice LUNCH orders. They are $7,25 each then I added two yum yum sauce for 25 cents each. With the lunch special u are to get a spring roll and choice of soup. The soup I ordered to go WITH the special was one hot and sour and one egg drop soup. The man whose English was unintelligible told me it didn’t come up to the 20$ min for delivery. No problem I ordered crab ragoons. So I get my order and it’s one regular portion (it appeared) of house fried rice. I get my crab ragoons and yum yum sauces. So I ordered these two lunch specials for my two teenage sons. There are no spring rolls at all. And I get one regular size hot sour soup And for some unknown reason I get a large egg drop soup. There are four things WRONG with my order. I call them back get the same man who I can’t understand and then a woman manager. She argues with me for ten minutes still NOT understanding that the whole order is messed up or she is pretending she doesn’t get it. Her remedy was for me to pay her $9.95 more! WTH is wrong with this place? If that is their idea of making the customer happy and making things right they are crazy! So only one of my sons got to eat lunch! I ordered from them a lot and this is the way I get treated. I was so frustrated I hung up and will NEVER EVER give them a penny of my money or business again! Terrible!! ...

Came for lunch, was disappointed.

Service was perfect, the lady was ultra fast, attentive and efficient. Food came out very quick (I was the only one in the restaurant)

Food Quality was quite terrible, Miso soup was good, the ginger salad was old and you could tell by the taste it had been sitting in the fridge for several days, it was sour.

The tuna sashimi I bit into had frozen parts, salmon sashimi was rubbery and bouncy to chew through. The color of the nigiri was very dull and didn't look fresh (my camera put a color filter on it automatically, it was nowhere near that vibrant) The tuna roll, was actually good. Wasabi used was dull and really dark green (almost brown) with zero punch, also old.

Decor looks cheap and homemade, not professional at all.

I paid $15.95 for what you see, a great value if the quality was better, but it wasn't.

Most of the local demographic comes here for the Chinese side of the menu, but I couldn't recommend to anyone to come here for the Sushi.

If this restaurant paid more attention to the freshness of the food, hired an interior designer to spruce the place up, and perhaps modernize a bit with QR pay on your checks, it would be a drastic...
