First Review: The young lady at the cash register needs to be better trained at counting money. I gave her a $20 bill for a seven dollar and some change order. She gave me back two 5 dollar bills and coin change. I immediately said I gave you a twenty and counted the money she gave me in front of her while holding it outside of my car. She looked confused and quickly shut the drive thru window. The male manager came to the window and I told him that I did not receive the correct change and that I gave the young lady a $20 bill. He questioned me with "so she never gave you 2 dollars?" Ignoring his question, I once more repeated my statement and showed him the change in my hands that she gave me ( I never placed my hands in my car when she gave me the incorrect change because I immediately caught her error.) He apologized and politely gave me the two dollars she did not give me. My issue is, I never placed my hands inside of my car when I received the incorrect change so I didn't like being asked if I had already been given the two missing dollars. They should also have cameras to replay to verify my claim and her error. Second, I was never given a receipt so I'm not sure if I was even charged correctly for my food order. Third, the chicken tasted stale/old which was disappointing. Better training is needed for front line staff and management staff . Updated Review: A week later I visited this same place not knowing what to expect. As usual I went through the drive thru. I did not see the same people from my last visit in the drive thru. When I attempted to pay for my food, a staff woman asked someone inside of the building ( Im assuming that it was another employee) if I was the person. After they responded "yes." She then handed me my food and said "no charge." I have no idea if they saw my online Google review of 2 stars or if they just took note on missing their mark with me the prior week. Nonetheless, I have removed my two stars and have given them 5 stars. This is what I call professional leadership and management. While I did not expect anyone at their store to remember me or give me a free meal, I was extremely surprised and happy to be acknowledged and made whole from their mistake the prior week. I went there that day just to give them another chance and never said anything about my prior experience nor did I ask for a free meal. Who in the heck is in charge at this store because you definitely know a thing or two about coaching and training and excellent customer service. In saying this, on this visit my food was freshly cooked and piping hot. There was no receipt because they gave my food to me free. ALL companies need to take notes from this business's playlist because nothing and I mean nothing trumps excellent customer service from those businesses we choose to engage and spend our money. Kudos to Bojangles for employing professional and competent staff who value their customers. Your professional efforts concerning my two visits are acknowledged and greatly...
Read moreDon’t give this place your business. There are some really sore, sorry ass people that are employed here. Came through the drive-thru today around 1 pm. Ordered bacon egg and cheese biscuit combo with orange juice, chicken biscuit, and two sausage Bo-berry biscuits with sweet tea. Drive thru speaker said they were out of Bo rounds, were fries okay? I said yes and pulled up. They handed me everything except the orange juice and I said I was missing it. She said they were out of orange juice, I said okay nobody told me that, can I get something else then? She tried to say no because I didn’t get charged for an orange juice, but I got charged for the combo which comes with a drink. She didn’t want to give me a drink, and had a terrible attitude, which is worse because it seemed like she was a manager. So I said okay forget your drink and went next door to Dunkin. We go to eat the food and the Bo-berry biscuits were missing the sausage and were covered in icing. The chicken biscuit was a Cajun filet biscuit, which is not what I ordered nor wanted. And both my biscuits were smushed all to hell and crumbling apart. So to recap: terrible attitude from employees, food was mishandled, and everything was wrong and/or missing. My visits to this Bojangles are few and far between because every time I give this place another chance it disappoints over and over. People should stop coming here so something better can be opened...
Read moreWent for breakfast it’s been a while since I’ve been to a bojangles and i remember them being pretty good but I was super disappointed. Can’t order most of the things listed on their menu during breakfast hours. I ended up getting a no berry sausage biscuit meal which is posted at $5.79. That is NOT what I was charged. I upgraded to a large tea and my check was almost $10. Tell me how it almost doubles?? Turns out they don’t have the meal priced to match the advertised and then charged an extra $1.70 just for the tea but Kay…. Then the girl at the window asked if I wanted mustard I told her no but I’d like some ranch for the tots and apparently that’s an extra 52 cent to get any sauce at all. Like I’m sorry you’re serving fries and tots and not even offering one sauce. Like I get for extra sauces but not even one? Cool. So finally get to actually trying the food and it was extremely lackluster. Idk what has happened to their biscuits but this one was absolutely terrible. Last time I had a no berry biscuit it was great. Crispy and buttery. This one was chalky but drowned in icing with barely warm sausage. Lest he...
