I stopped at Dunkin’ Donuts got their new candy bar drink and two donuts said all I wanted was one drink. They overcharged me for two drinks. I kindly tapped used my fingernail tightly tapped on the window so I could get somebody’s attention because everybody else was busy. OK the girl came to the window and started snapping at me and telling me to not tap or pound on their window. I don’t appreciate being accused of that. I was not pounding on the window. I was taking my fingernail and slightly tapping so I can get somebody’s attention then she prayed to say this conversation is done. I don’t appreciate that. I find that very rude. I will never come over to that business again. I need a manager to call me. This is ridiculous. Unacceptable and very unprofessional the sitter and tell me I was pound Ing on the window when I was not pounding on the window. Is this how you treat your customers having some little young teenager come up and tell me that I was pounding on it when I was not, and then when I was trying to explain to her that I was not pounding on it, I was tapping on it slightly to get their attention and she literally said I was pounding on it. No, this is unacceptable very unprofessional, and I will never come to that...
Read moreVisited today to grab a mobile order. Waited for 10 minutes outside for it to get done. Came inside and had to wait another 10 minutes. Even that being the case, the hash browns I ordered were barely warm, the pancake sandwich thingy ( scientific term) was made on a tortilla instead of a pancake. I didn't even bother to go back in to have that corrected. And the coffee was bitter and burnt tasting. The best part of the entire meal were the donut holes and those are just frozen and thawed. I would say it was because they're busy but they weren't. Also there were like 10 people working...And by working I mean that word very loosely. There were only 3 cars in the drive thru with 1 person waiting in doors for his order. It seemed to be fully staffed for a fast food/ coffee place in post covid days. Yet the orders were entirely too slow for them to be barely warm. You would think slow would mean hot and fresh. But nope not the case here. Slow, just means slow.
There's a Starbucks two doors down. Go there. It's worth the extra expense just to not have your time or...
Read moreI came here twice this week, both walk in mobile pickups. First time, I ordered a L iced coffee w/ cold foam and a small bag of hashbrowns. It took over 40 MINUTES for them to do both. I intervened twice to ask them about my order because it was just taking so long. Then I finally get my drink without the cold foam and hashbrowns. I was so mad and late for work at this point, I left without even trying to get it fixed. Second time was today. I ordered another large coffee with cold foam and 10 pc munchkins. It’s now been 40 mins and I’ve only received my coffee (they remembered the cold foam this time). And still no munchkins as I’m standing here waiting and typing. It’s been over 40 minutes to grab 40 munchkins and I was the only one in here during a slow point…. I asked abojt my donuts and they told me “we are still working on it”. But no one has worked on it. 8 workers I’ve counted both days. This is just unreal. I’ve worked in food service for 5 years and they’re rude and lack urgency for the customers. Terrible staff, I won’t...
