BIGGBY COFFEE Drive-Thru — Restaurant in Cuyahoga Falls

I decided to check out the areas newest coffee shop - I am not disappointed! I will say, their prices are higher than most of the other coffee places in the area though. It was over $7 for one large latte - a very tasty latte, but $7 is just not in my budget for coffee on the regular. The service was VERY friendly, but I am not a fan of how they take your card, swipe it, and then give you the machine to select a tip. It was a little weird. Additionally, the drive thru is VERY slow - I know they just opened so that may change as time passes, but if there's more than one or two cars you'll be waiting at least ten minutes. They do have a nice rewards punch card where for every 12 drinks you buy you get one free, so that's fun. Very tasty...

I don’t like that they asked me if I wanted to leave a tip on my credit card… especially before I even get my coffee. Please change this practice— I have not been back since out of anxiety that they will ask me again over an already expensive cup of coffee. It is rude and I felt unnecessary pressure. Tipping culture in the US is out of control and it just makes customers more uncomfortable when you ask for it. Leave a tip jar out or have customers sign a receipt so they have a choice but when you ask, it gives the customers added pressure when they may not want to leave a tip. So we usually go to the one on west market. But we got this one up on the way to church. The only downside is the drive through. It is super tight in bigger trucks. That is the only bad side. The service is great drinks take a bit but they make them so they are worth the wait. Frozen drinks are rich and creamy , iced drinks my wife loves the butter bear that's all she gets. She says she wants to branch out but doesn't lol . Down side not at store level but on the app the discount should be asked if you wanna use and not just use it.
