Taste The Vibe — Restaurant in Cuyahoga Falls

I really hate to be the first bad review. But here we are. Let me preface. I used to run a food truck. And I used to have a small cafe/bakery. I own and operate my own business now as well. I just dropped $110 on food and a tip.

Please guys….. get your stuff in order. Based on tonites service. I would not go back and I couldn’t recommend to anyone. When we went to order pork were told — that would be an additional wait time of 20 mins. We didn’t want to wait that long so we asked for the chicken instead. So we were anticipating a shorter wait time. Well, 45 mins later - we finally received our food.

The portions are super small, and you need to 86 the box. The box and presentation has absolutely no bearing with amount of the wait time if this is norm. 86 the veggies. Nobody wants that. And to pay an extra $2.50 for 2 thinly sliced tomatoes, 3 cucumbers and a slice of romaine— It’s really not copacetic with the meal. Nope. nope. Nope. Do better on the portion size and get rid of the box. It’s probably costing you more for that as well??

This was a super basic and simple meal. And we still don’t understand why it took almost an hour to receive??? Absolutely dumbfounded to put it bluntly. Maybe have an older person there with the younger guys?? Idk.

You look at the pic and determine for yourself if you would spend $50 on it. My daughter and her hubby got the same thing we did. That’s why the $100 ticket.

Get faster. You’re selling a service as a whole. Get rid of the veggies and give us more food!!! Do better with the fries and mushrooms. I thought we would get fresh not frozen. They were a let down.

The chicken I got was ok. White rice. But based on today’s visit. I wouldn’t give you anymore business. And I’m sorry to say that. I’m a small business myself and I have very high standards. But I expect it in return.

Tried Taste The Vibe for the first time and wow, so good! The banh mi (I got the pork) was super flavorful, with crispy bread and that house sauce really pulled it all together. I also had the street corn, and it was creamy, cheesy, and had just the right amount of spice. Their rice plates are a solid choice too, the chicken was juicy, and everything tasted fresh. Portions are generous and definitely worth the price. The crew working the truck was really friendly and fast, which made the whole experience even better. Had a chance to try their food last week and everything we ate was delicious! I would have to say that the pork and chicken rice combos were my fave! Not only do they have delicious food, but the service was great as well. They have a few tables for you to eat there if you just want to chill. My family and I will definitely be back for more! Taste the Vibe is our new favorite place...
