I used to say that this restaurant was 5 stars. The food has always been perfect the service used to be great. It's the only Chinese place I've gone to in the 3 years that I've lived up Here. I don't know how long the girl up front has been there. But she really needs to work on the customer service. I ordered for pick up. 2 orders of crab Rangoon One order of sesame chicken fried rice in order of Mongolian beef with fried rice Kids ask me chicken with fried rice. For myself I ordered chicken lo MaineFor myself I ordered chicken lo Maine. While on the phone I asked if it came with fried rice and was told no so I joked and said I wasn't skipping on the rice and I ordered a side of fried riceIn an order of egg rolls. You got there picked up my food in a hurry because I had a car full of hungry kids. Had to stop for 2 of the kids that I had with meAdd another restaurant and then finally made it home. And get to the bottom of the bag and Milo Maine isn't there. I called and said that I was missing the lo Maine and she said it wasn't on the order so I refresh her memory the same girl I know because she was the only white person in the restaurant. There is no apology or anything. So I ordered it and said I would be on my way she said it would take 15 minutes or so and I said it'll take me longer to get back. Yes I was highly irritated at this point. Where I started at irritated I'm now highly disappointed. I got to the restaurant having not been there even 45 minutes prior, And again she didn't know what my order wasAnd how to go through all of them. She finally found it and they hadn't even started on it. So what should have been 15 minutes turned into 30 minutes after already getting it wrong. Again no apology no action to make it rightAnd the girl who messed up twice didn't even have the decency to bring it out to me herself she sent someone else. Mistakes happen I've worked in this industry before plenty. But when I can recall and remind you of an entire conversation that we had do something to make it right. That is good customer service. Again, the food here is great. But I likely won't be back. Customer service goes a long way in keeping your customers. I haven't read any of the other reviews on here so I don't know if you guys actually read the reviews, but if you do my original order...
Read moreNo more Magic!! Last evening we got takeout from this restaurant for the last time. The past two times, we ordered for pickup, got to the restaurant, paid and waited far beyond the estimated time. We believe no matter how far in advance you call in, they wait until you arrive and pay to even put your order in queue. We were told 30-35 minutes and arrived at 30 minutes and paid. After 30 more minutes waiting I asked and the girl up front checked to say they were working on our order now. I said we had been waiting over an hour. 15 minutes later the owner/manger walks out with our food and her usual excuses. Last night it was the Holiday, it’s always something. Read moreWent to pick up food and it wasn't ready. No big deal. My complaint is the lack of quality & quantity and the lack of desire to make it a good meal particularly at $30 for one. The beef was incredibly tough, like chewing on a piece of leather, the chicken just did not taste at all and the fried rice was as bad as the chicken, no taste whatsoever. The crab ragoon, the egg rolls and egg drop soup were just down right nasty. Saturated in oil and fried in dirty oil and not fresh. Yet the time it took to prepare and serve, I would have thought they cooked to order. I don't post a lot of reviews and I hate to be so negative but tonight, it was completely obvious the staff /cooks had no desire to be there cooking and serving their customers.
