I had the best customer service experience of my life at this store thanks to Sue ๐ I called about a package that I'd been trying to get UPS to leave at this store for pick up. I'd been emailing them for days and days to no avail. She explained that she was still getting ready to open but would definitely take care of it for me. I went ahead and rode down to this UPS. I handed her the post card UPS had sent me telling me my address wasn't valid and that the package was stuck in Gainesville. I explained I'd also made a my choice account and asked through it for the package to be delivered to Dahlonega. Basically through email they just kept rudely refusing to get it to the Dahlonega location. I took a short walk to Walmart and picked up some flowers for this incredible person (Sue) who went out of the way to help me. By the time I walked back she explained that she'd given it to them straight about the way I'd been treated and that my package would be at the location the next day. What a turn around :) By the time I got home I had an email from UPS with a confirmation that they'd would be shipping it to the location I'd requested as well as an apology for the inconvenience. So, I had my daughter take the packages to the UPS Store in Dahlonega, GA and told her to ask them to tape it. The man there was not only rude, but he made her pay $2 for TWO strips of tape!!
She called me pretty upset, so I called the store. I asked the man who answered if I could either talk to, or have the name of the manager. He curtly stated: "I can help you." I said: "that's great, are you the manager?"
He said that he was. I asked him for his name and he didn't want to give it to me at first. Finally he told me it was Tom Bernhart.
