T-Mobile — Local services in Dahlonega

We live in Spain and visited Dahlonega as part of a Florida & Georgia roadtrip. After visiting the Gold Mine we were walking back to town when we were suddenly surprised by heavy rainfall and thunder. We ran to seek shelter and ended up underneath the roof of this shop. Immediately one of your employees came out to offer us an umbrella (we were very unprepared and did not have anything to cover ourselves) and to check if we were OK. At the moment we were a bit overwhelmed, but we appreciated this gesture so much. My experience with the Dahlonega location began about 18 months ago with a home Internet connectivity issue. The problem was resolved quickly, without hassle or headache. Fast forward to current(February 2025) and I finally made the switch for my phone service......yet another easy, seamless transition. Becca has been my go-to for all of my service needs, and I can't imagine dealing with anyone else. She puts the customer's needs and best interests well before the sales aspect of the transaction, and often provides crucial information well before the customer thinks to inquire about it. Absolutely the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received in a Phone store!!!! After a horrible ordeal with TMobile retail store in Dawsonville a friend told me to go to the Corporate TMobile in Dahlonega! These fabulous people had to correct a lot on my account that the manager in Dawsonville messed up.. Had I not gone to Dahlonega store I would not have ever received my rebate or the discounts I was entitled to receive!
