The bread is as close as you're gonna get to authentic Mexican around these parts. While the selection is a bit limited, possibly due to floor space, every item is a hit. The conchas are just heaven when fresh. Bolillos, one of the more humble staples in Mexican bread, are also as perfect as you can find in Dallas County. However, it is also my only sticking point with this place. They never have enough bolillos. I posit they only make enough per day so they hold the rest. They do have more in the back. I lived in Grand Prairie for 3yrs and they have one panaderia that left me longing the sweet taste of authentic Mexican conchas. Moving back to Garland, I found nothing that compared to them...until now. Their conchas are everything you've missed from Mexico.
