I ordered a panda bowl with chow mein & honey sesame CHICKEN with a sweet tea through the drive thru. I was first handed my sweet tea, of which was overfilled & spilt in my lap & on the side of my car door. I immediately asked for some napkins as the worker even saw her messy cup spilt all over me, & she just hands me some without apologizing. Talk about lazy & rude! I paid & when I received my food they gave me SHRIMP. I went back through the drive through & explained they gave me shrimp instead of chicken. She said they would swap it out. Well that’s disgusting because pet food regulations, you aren’t supposed to take back food through a drive thru. We know for sure at this point that this girl doesn’t care about cleanliness. When I got to the window she was holding the bag out for me, the worker was extremely unfriendly & never smiled, clearly hates working there. Never apologized for giving me the wrong order. I went on to say that I noticed I was charged for shrimp - then she cuts me off mid sentence & says “the change is in the bag.” This worker literally put $1.25 thrown in the bag WITH MY FOOD. Has she not heard of the COVID pandemic going on? First of all I paid with a card, I don’t want my refund in cash thrown on top of my food. Absolutely disgusting. I asked to speak with the manager & she said the manager isn’t here but we have a “????” Not sure what she said cause she was super mumbly & unprofessional. She then stood there with that lady as I explained the situation. That lady asked for me to come inside & I explained that I am a COVID nurse, & I came through the drive through for a reason & I do not want to come inside as I am trying to limit contact with people. I ask for my food to be remade without putting cash on top of it. She takes my food back & then refunds my card completely & ask for my card back to recharge me for what I ordered in the first place. No one ever apologized for being disgusting, rude, or for getting my order wrong & putting cash on top of my food. Honestly this was the worst fast food service I have ever received in my life thus am here typing it out cause WOW! What’s sad is I truly love Panda Express. I will never return to this location & feel very sorry for that worker who clearly has a miserable life to be so rude, unprofessional, & disgusting to a stranger.

She took a minute to talk to Samuel, he really wasn't sure either, when I inquired about where I could get more information, Samuel said I could probably find it on the Panda website after claiming that I still received it so they weren't able to give me a refund and that what was advertised is similar to the cashier crushing and trashing my receipt. Nonetheless, I still ate it, but was left with the impression that lack of training is the root behind this. The event took place at 6:34 p.m. I don't mean to be petty, but if they're not going to abide by this, they should probably take it down due to false advertising. Hello My name is Karren Hatake. and I just went there for me and my son and we saw some hair in the food so I just simply took it off and I just continued to eat and then I saw a worker without any gloves so I was speaking to the manager and I said that I don't think its ok too feed your customers without any gloves and the manager said that you DON'T TELL ME WHAT ME AND MY WORKERS WHAT TO DO. So I was like ok jeez so I took a take out plate and started leaving until I saw someone throw up then the worker was like please don't give us a bad review then they will call health inspection on us and get us fired. Now I order from Panda often, usually through my Uber eats app and it's always been good except they never give you soy sauce. But today I ordered from their site and it was delivered through door dash, man this is the driest orange chicken I have EVER had. Barely a drop of the orange glaze. And the chicken hard. I am so mad. I usually get a bowl or regular plate but today I opted to get a bigger plate and now I'm mad. So disappointed!
