NEVER PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. Highly disappointed once again. Not once or twice but four times I've placed online orders at Centerville & 635 and each order was missing an item if not a full order. On two of those occasions I spoke with a manager by the name of Manuel who offered to replace the missing item and add something for my time. I thanked him and never partook upon the offer. The fact that he apologized and showed compashion I understand. For that reason alone I felt comfortable placing another online order hoping it would be correct. WRONG. I call them because this particular time my baby boy wanted cheesecake pancakes and that's all he wanted. No pancakes š. I call and ask to speak with a manager the lady tells me she's the manager ( Teela ). I explained the situation and she tells me I can come back and get the missing item. I decline and tell her this time I just want a refund back to my card because apparently this is normal practice for the restaurant. On 10/06/21 /, 10/10/21, 12/24/21and now 03/17/22. Honestly so each time I order from this location I'm going to give away money on top of paying for my food and guessing which item or items I will or will not receive š..I can't help but laugh because to a reasonable person this would be crazy. She then tells me you can bring all the food back for a full refund if not you'll need to call the online number. I reply I didn't ask for a full refund I asked for a refund on an item I did not receive. I'm sorry Ihop your appointed manager has no people or communication skills what so ever. She failed to apologize for a mistake on the behalf of a company she represents as the manager meaning point of contact when disputes or resolutions need to occur. She failed to realize that this had happened to me on four other occasions at this very establishment with dates provided. She then had the audacity to coop an attitude with me for bringing my problems /dissatisfaction to her ( The manager )and her demeanor / tone was as if I was bothering her. I though I was was being punked for a moment. Lol . The food is nothing to write home about and if you want what you order off the menu this aint the place they will forsure forget to include an item or a whole meal, but don't worry because they'll defiantly charge for it. #IHOP train better managers. A manager who can't empathize has no place...

I ordered a hot chocolate & he ordered a water , it took more than 10 minutes for us to even receive our drinks. She first brought two waters and mentioned she was working on the hot chocolate. I asked her if she had already started the process and she told me no. So I told her Iāll just take a Dr. pepper instead. 5 minutes later she brought my Dr Pepper with a good amount of ice. I then asked her to give me less ice because it tasted un-carbonated. She did it with no issue. When we finally received our drinks, I told my waitress we were ready to order and she said to give her a minute and came back another 5+ minutes later. I ordered 2 Strawberry pancakes, egg whites over-hard, & a ham well done. Before I received my food, my waitress asked me if I had ordered the eggs scrambled or overhard. I then told her I ordered them overhard. A few minutes later she came back with my food and mentioned the eggs were only able to be cooked scrambled (āper managers commentā). I told her it was okay because I didnāt want to make a big deal out of it, but I noticed how watery and tasteless my eggs were. I only ate my pancakes and ham at that point. Then she asked we had any issues, I then told her about the issues I came across and she mentioned it all to her manager. Her manager Serenity then came to ask what the issues were. As I was telling her about my eggs, she again mentioned that what I was asking isnāt something that is usually done. I told her Iāve never had this issue at any other locations nor any other restaurants. I mentioned maybe I wasnāt properly saying it correct, but I basically wanted egg whites that were overhard. She again mentioned I was wrong and asked if she could do anything else. I mentioned the Dr Pepper still tasted un-carbonated even with less ice & she said sheād check if the machine was working properly. They gave us our receipt and told us to have a goodnight. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey have done very well, in an effort to make customers feel at ease, and comfortable about their dining experience. First, and foremost, please wear your mask, until you are seated. Each booth is made individual by means, of a heavy, clear plastic divider. These partitions are from the back of the booth, which are already taller than your head, all the way up to within inches of the ceiling. These dividers, provide much more seclusion, and peace of mind. The waitstaff were very fast, and courteous, and all wore masks, and gloves. There is no menu. To help in the battle against spreading germs, you scan a code at your table, and the menu pops up instantly on your phone. All condiments, creamers, sugars, etc, are brought out with your meal, or at your request. All arriving guests are seated in seperate dining rooms, or as far away from the other guests, and booths. They are very keen on their social distancing. Coffee was good, and the food was fast, and delicious. Much tastier than I remember. Staff continuosly checked back on us for refills, or any other needs. This IHOP is located at I-635, and Centerville Rd. We were quite pleased with the whole experience. Stop in, check them out. And please remember to tip your waiter, or waitress. This virus has so many places really struggling, just to stay open, and the staff have families to care for too. We can all be a Hero for someone. Feels great, and you sleep better...
