I had Beyond the Box Weddings cater my wedding reception at the Dallas Arboretum in August 2019. I contacted many different vendors for pricing, options, etc. and Megan de Farcy from Beyond The Box immediately stood out as the best manager/administrator. Her responses were prompt, professional, reasonable and best of all - when I gave her a list of things I wanted changed, information about, etc. she would answer EVERY DETAIL. That, combined with their fair pricing, full service catering, and wide good range of menu options led me to choose them to cater our reception, and I am so glad that I did. We did the "Italian buffet" with a lot of custom options (which the FREE taste testing really helped us sculpt our menu), and the food was delicious. I asked Megan if they could do some sort of a custom braised beef short rib in a red sauce for a beef dish, and they absolutely crushed it. I had many tell me how good the food was - from the roasted vegetables, to the chicken Parmesan and many, many people that loved the braised beef short rib (myself including, my mouth is watering right now...). That's just talking about the food - I also had Beyond the Box run the bar, set up linens, etc. and they were extremely flexible and exceeded my expectations in all aspects. We recently used Beyond the Box Catering for our daughter’s quinceañera, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was absolutely flawless.

Shelby, our planning coordinator, was an absolute dream to work with. She was organized, responsive, and genuinely cared about making the event perfect. She helped us navigate every detail with ease and made the entire planning process stress-free and enjoyable.

The night of the event, Ana was on-site at the venue and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Her attention to detail and calm, professional presence made a huge difference. We felt so supported knowing she was there to oversee everything.

And the food—WOW! Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. It’s rare to find a caterer that nails both flavor and service, but Beyond the Box exceeded all expectations.

We celebrated our daughter’s Quinceañera on October 17th, 2024 at The Belle Manor in Burleson, TX. We had so many compliments about the food, almost a month after our event, guests still talking about the delicious dinner. It was a buffet style dinner, with lemonade, sweet tea and water. The Cordon Bleu Chicken and meat lasagna was delicious, salads, dinner rolls, mashed potatoes and green beans…etc were scrumptious. A delicious coffee bar, that everyone loved. All the employees were on point to everything about the service. Julia and the rest of the team did an excellent job, taking care of us. Everyone was very friendly and listened to us for what we need from the beginning to the end of the night. Thank you to Shelby (sales manager) too, she was always friendly and explained everything in detail to us.
