THEFT ‼️ PAY ATTENTION AT YOUR TOTALS ‼️

I arrived in the drive thru around 6:15pm to order the new nuggets from the commercials.

I ordered an 8 piece combo along with an additional 8 piece nugget and drink.

I had my money in hand ready to pay, apparently that was the wrong thing to do.

The girl at the window had a DECEITFUL tone when she told me my total was $20 🤔

I know prices have gone up however, I was attentive when I ordered from the menu board and my total shouldn't have been $20 🤷🏾‍♂️

When she handed me my order there was no receipt RED FLAG 🚩#2

When I asked for the receipt she said the machine was broken. NOT ACCEPTABLE 🙅🏾

I asked her how come such a high total she continued with her craftiness saying I ordered 2 12 piece combos.

Which was a lie 🤦🏾‍♂️

I reversed my truck asking her to show me on the register and just as I suspected my ordered was NOT entered in the system.

The $20 I gave her was still in here hands 😲

When I REVERIFIED my order correctly my total miraculously was $14 and change. Now knowing she was caught, she gave me the correct change.

It's so disheartening to know if I wasn't paying attention she would've gotten over on me. I work hard for my money & I don't take it kindly when someone tries to steal from me😤

I've tried to reach out to report this type of activity SEVERAL times but no answer from the store.

This doesn't surprise me being as though the girl was clearly under the influence of some type of drug 🤦🏾‍♂️😔

So let's see if corporate wants to know about the thieves at...

Been twice. First time was a while back, ordered in the app, waited in the drive thru to pick up my order, was told i have to go inside to get the order. Food was standard kfc. Nothing out of the ordinary, just annoying because some magical barrier exists that doesn't allow for people to recieve a app order they have already paid for.

Went today, sat at the speaker for a couple minutes, was about to drive off and was finally told "would you mind coming inside?". I decided to go across the street to mcdonalds instead.

This is the location putting the cheeky "now hiring people who show up to work" sign a while back. Are you telling me they can't put up "drive thru closed, please order inside" on the marquee?

Is it beyond the realm of possibilities to maybe block off the drive thru with a few cones, or even put a sign on the speaker?

Why is it such a big deal to go inside? Well looking at other reviews, this isn't a unique experience. Apparently this is a ongoing issue and has yet to be fixed. I don't blame management at all. They are doing a poor job. I do blame the franchisee because they don't seem to care at all, and ultimately, are responsible for the reputation of their location. If they enable the poor management of their location, they accept the mismanagement and substandards.

I can't imagine this is a corporate run location.

Even if fixing the speaker is out of the budget, pull a page from Halls Chicken and adopt order at the window. This is simple...

First of all, I want to say that I haven’t been to a KFC in a while. But I was craving it, and I thought what the heck. Was going through the drive-through because I wanted to go, and I realized that the staff was as Fan so natural and made it easy on them and strong Spanish. So I ordered a rest of Die with the mac & cheese and a large Pepsi. I was told by the lady that there was no Pepsi so I ordered Dr Pepper OK strike one already now really strike to strike. One should be that they should really make it do to try to communicate in English, so got my box Wasn’t really greeted that well even though I saw Spanish not too friendly, so I got my goods and I said I’m just doesn’t work out real quick open up the box and realize that I didn’t have any flatware for the macaroni cheese. They must’ve run out of napkins cause I had a would look like one of those select this size from the bounty roll. Then I love the box and realize they gave me a rest and a drumstick not a thigh. Was on top of that the chicken, even though it was hot and fresh may been slightly a little overcooked, so that was a bummer. That’s what it said to the point when you coming to this...
