I wanted to offer my sincerest gratitude, to “Jared” and the lovely staff at EZPAWN 2112 Singleton Blvd Ste. 100, Dallas, TX 75212. While completing my dear family’s business affairs, I found my personal responsibilities getting behind. I was not familiar with Pawn shops, outside of the show!(little joke) The item I had for loan/pawn wasn’t sure, calked a few places and quickly realized, it was as bad as I thought!😬 One last call, EXPAWN “Jared” blew me away!! Kind, knowledgeable,?! -hadn’t seen it yet! I’m rushing to get there as they are trying to go home as well!! EXPAWN, thanks to “Jared” he taught me step by step and helped me to be not so nervous by doing a new thing! I knew that my personal business was getting behind so I called today to make sure I hadn’t passed the grace period and if we were still on track. Polite and a plarasure to speak with, “Roshunder”, I had gone past the last of my grace. “Roshunder” was very apologetic. I said “as life does on occasion it steps in it’s not always pretty and sometimes messy, oh and inconvenient at time!!🤣. The item is still in stock, and I genuinely really believe if it’s meant to be sold, then those to whom it belongs, will enjoy it as much as I have. The worst!! customer service.waited 15 minutes for this place to open and felt the vibe instantly nobody wanted to help made every excuse possible, they stood behind counters moving like slugs ignoring customers ready to spend money,I love to look at the purses and shades but felt the attitude nobody wanted to ask me what I wanted to check out, These ladies who work Saturday morning are not helpful,even though I was there to make my last payment of a $1000 layaway they still didn’t change there mood. I was making 30 day payments on some items I pawned in January, I go in today to make a payment as I do every month and was told I missed February and it’s currently June and so they wanted to charge me interest from February on top of my normal monthly payment even though I have receipts that are up to date, I told them that sounds like a internal problem or mistake why wouldn’t they have changed me when I paid for march or April or may it’s June already, I cashed out got my stuff out and left, do not go here because there is definitely some crooked employees or something happening...
