Pizza was delivered but was not cooked to its full temperature. It was so bad that the cheese wasn’t melted, the onions were still raw and were even oven toasted as usual, and of course’s the center slices were doughy, and the pizza wasn’t even roasted underneath which was a huge sign it wasn’t cooked properly. I called the store it was delivered from and spoke with Ashley. When I told her about the issue she didn’t know what to say. I asked for refund and redelivery and Ashley who I suppose was supervisor or lead didn’t even know the proper procedures or training to handle the call. I told Ashley that the ServSafe certifications that are supposed to be posted on the wall clearly say the establishment must abide by all food Service guidelines which means cooking food to its proper temperature. Ashley was clueless and put Able the GM. I repeated the issue to Able asked for credit and he couldn’t because he needed proof. I told Able that I didn’t have transportation which is why I had it delivered. I told Able he would need to drive to my address to get that visual evidence. I was surprised when Able took it upon himself to drive to me was admirable and appreciative. However, that was shortly flushed down the toilet when he didn’t follow through with coming back to the next day to pay me back for the pizza and tip I gave the driver. It is July 4th, 4pm, and Able hasn't shown up or responded to my call that I left at the store by an individual that wouldn’t provide his name. Read moreThis is possibly the worst restaurant experience I have EVER had!!!! Ordered my pizza through the app at 8:03, showed an ETA of delivery for 8:53. So 9:13 rolls around, pizza is a no show so I decide to call and see when it would be delivered. The store doesn't answer so after three tries I hit the option to place an order hoping that I would get someone and it goes to their call center. Just wanted to see if I can get in touch with somebody and see where my delivery is. First person tells me that my address wasn't in the system completely, which is impossible because otherwise how could they get a delivery address if I didn't put my ZIP code in. Ok, fine Then he tells me that my product wasn't available (their regular hand tossed crust, smh), but no one called to say anything. He repeats my order back to me, then says that he's fixed it and that my delivery will be there in 25 minutes and hangs up. After 30 minutes I decided to call again, and what do you know, my order is not even in the system!! Dude deleted it!! It's now after 10:00. In the process of all this I got hung up on three times (and I didn't even cuss anyone so why hang up on me, and no one was able to help me with my order. I will never, EVER, order from Pizza Hut again!!! For something as simple as a pizza order this is absolute stupidity!!! Read moreFirst of all...I placed a DELIVERY order, then I decided to call and change my order but ended up on hold with no "live" greeting just a recording for 17mins so while on hold I had time to search the whole entire house for my keys, drive up there....pull up n guess what I see😠😡 the worker OUTSIDE on her PERSONAL cellphone!!! I was LIVID!!!! So I walked inside as she followed behind me and I asked for a manager bc by this time I am 😡 pissed!! Low and behold....she WAS the manager on duty....go figure! I got my order cancelled and reordered a fresh one....which they still had to remake bc they left off my Italian sausage! To top it all off.... I was not offered any perks or complimentary sauces, dessert, breadsticks, drinks or even a simple apology for my wasted time and aggravation from being left on hold while the MANAGER caked on the phone OUTSIDE the restaurant.
