I’m truly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service we received today. Previous times we have visited we’ve had other attitude problems that we’ve just brushed off from the staff ; for example when requesting for them to drain excess grease on our orders, or rolling eyes when we’ve asked for something so insignificant like asking for limes on orders $40 and up. My mother really liked this place and has been our go to for large orders of tortillas for birthday parties, for breakfast to go orders. Etc. Today we went by and asked for a large menudo and other items. Typically we trust our orders are correct despite the rude faces, but today we drove home and our order was ridiculous. I had asked the woman at the register to please drain the excess grease and once again our tray was flooded in grease, our “large” menudo was less than half the cup and the rest was broth. I called and spoked to the man that works there not sure if owner or manager and he seemed very polite on the phone and said he’d correct my order to giving me a large, so I drove back only for the girl to give me another half done cup which was absurd. We have ordered large before and has never been served this way. I called back to speak to the man and his demeanor had changed , he was advocating for his rude staff and was adamant about the serving size being accurate on their behalf and then starting speaking to me unprofessionally. We will never return to this establishment. The way it was handled was deeply disappointing.

Today my employee and I were waiting bon a customer to arrive. So we thought been would become by here and grab a bite to eat. We have never been here before. From the outside it doesn't look like very much, and on the inside it is very humble. But, don't let that fool you. A lot of people rave about Fuel City tacos, yet I think that is because they have never been here. Not only are the people great, but the food is amazing! It makes me want to drive 30 minutes just to go back today. So if you are reading this review and wondering if you should try the place or not. I ordered 6 fajita tacos and 2 gorditas stuffed with potatoes and egg. The fajita meat was good but they put all 6 tacos together crammed on aluminum foil that was too small on a paper bowl. The gorditas were heated on an oil surface which I prefer not oily and more homeade. The guy that took the order was nice. I knocked them two stars for the careless way they put my tacos.
