Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Dallas

I wasn't to happy today apparently not enough employees to take care of customers. Hispanic ladies working drive thru have words coming out of their mouth that should not be heard by customers at any given time it's been a Year since my last visit and this place hasn't gotten any better. Dining room table and chairs were dirty. I asked for a rag to clean the tables my self so that I could sit and eat. The employee then with the same gloves she was preparing food with wet a rag and handed it to the cashier and continued to prepare food never changing her gloves. Ewwe. She then told cashier to go clean the tables. Cashier said ok and went on to the next person in line so then I insisted on being able to clean a table so I could sit. My order got skipped over had to let cashier know who then made me feel as though I was bothering her.. when I got ready to leave I told cashier that she had for gotten my cookie in my meal her response was well do you want it or what? Really I did pay for it with my meal so...

This Taco Bell at this location shares the facilities with Kentucky Fried Chicken.

We stopped for a quick lunch because we needed to keep traveling to get to our next location soon. Taco Bell restaurants are always reliable places to get a quick, tasty meal.

Parking was convenient and accessible even without being a designated handicapped parking space. Entry to the building was easy and convenient.

We ordered the bean burritos and Dr. Peppers for a quick, easy meal. Service was prompt and friendly. Our orders were delivered quickly! I must say, the burritos were hot!! They were obviously freshly made!! We ate in the car to keep traveling right away.

We didn't check the accessibility of the restroom. Our experience is that fast food restaurant restaurants are more likely to be fully accessible more than other restaurants.

Parking was easy; service was friendly and prompt; and our food was fresh and hot!! We are returning satisfied customers to Taco Bell...

Former review sited GREAT VARIETY. Now, not so much. With 2 restaurants combined seems like they'd have LOTS of choices. One boy argued with me and others about our drive thru orders. You could hear him thru the speaker several cars back. Never saw the line this long, some cars pulled out of line and left. Mom and I always get regular chicken wings as our choice of 3 pieces. Sent my son one day they said they don't sell wings like that and we both ended up with 3-piece dark. Once a boy at the window said, "You don't want these tacos. The shells are stale. And we out of Cole slaw. Today I asked for the new SAUCY NUGGETS. Screen was all messed up, couldn't read all flavors. I asked the order taker and she only said 2. When I picked up at the window if they had other flavors said yes 5. She had strong accent and couldn't pronounce them so I only got one of the 2 suggested. WHEN WILL I LEARN? DONT GO...
