We just went to drive thru at Burger King and one of our ordered items weren't in the bag so my husband blew the horn and I guess tapped on the window for the person to come back. Instead a different person with an attitude opened the window and said you know not to be blowing or tapping on no windows in drive thru ( with that neck rolling, face turnt up and that tone in her voice like she was about to who somebody ). My husband told her about the missing item she said I know it wasn't in the sack but you still know not to blow in drive thru just wait I'm coming ( nothing about her attitude changed ) . At that point I stepped in and said well normally when you get your sack and the window closes you drive off. Nobody said he needed to wait so what's the attitude for now she turns around and says we're out of the pie would you like to substitute with something else. I said no I don't want nothing. Cause at this I'm ready to give the attitude that my husband was getting. A male co worker of hers told her to just gone cause she wasn't the one working the window anyway. I told her that she needs to work on her customer service that attitudes like hers are part of the reason why so many people in customer are having fights at work. After the unnecessary attitude we were given by that person in drive thru I no longer wanted the food. If they were out of press we should have been told when we placed the order or we should have been told before that window closed either way that attitude wasn't necessary. All jobs need to update the customer service training and get their employees to understand that you get the attitude that you give. At work your job is not to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis Burger King store is lacking in so many ways. My experience at this store varies from bad to really bad.
If you order online for "pickup in the store", you have to wait for the crew to prepare your order AFTER you come in the store and ask for it. If you order online for drive thru pickup, you have to sit at the window and wait for them to prepare your order AFTER you tell them that you placed an online order. Huh? What?
They rarely get your order correct. I never get extra onions but I get a boatload of Burger King tough rinded pickles. When I pay for extra lettuce, I don't get what paid for.
I only purchase Impossible Whoppers and yet these vegetable based patties often come with hard, darkly charred (to the point of tasting burnt), and inedible edges.
If you ask for extra mustard, expect them to give you none at all or hand you mustard sauce as an acceptable substitute to go on your burger.
If I want a decent burger that I can enjoy eating, I have to drive to Duncanville, TX. I find this to be an unacceptable alternative.
Ordering in the drive thru is very, very slow. Expect to wait at least 10 minutes even if only one car is ahead of you.
I also found the in-store experience to be far less than inviting. Consequently, I rarely order...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis Burger King location is THE WORST! First off they are supposed to open at 6am and Iām not sure how they have the shifts set up, but there is always only 1 person there at 6am and they DO NOT take orders or have the store open at 6am even though it clearly says on the door 6am-10pm. This has happened to me several times but yet and still this morning, I stop at this location right at 6am. I saw there was only one car and the lights just came on. So I sat in the parking lot for 15 minutes, giving that one employee time to get started. Then at 6:15 I attempted to go to the drive thru. No one acknowledge me, so I blew the horn a few times, still no answer. I waited in the drive thru for another 5 minutes before driving around. I get out to check if the dining room doors were open, and of course they werenāt. This is the closest location to me and I leave the house at 6am everyday. It could be great if I could grab Burger king on the way but instead I always end up at Jack in the Box. I will be writing a letter to corporate because if the sign says 6am, they should be open. If not, CHANGE...
