Twice I have placed delivery orders from this place and never gotten my food. The first time, I admit I thought they closed at 12, not 11, so I placed the order at 10, so the driver arrived probably too close to them closing or right after. So, to be fair, I gave it another go this time. I ordered 2 and a half hours before closing. Mind you, the place is 7 minutes from me. I always tip really well, so getting a driver is never a problem. I would go myself to get it but don't have a car. And yet, I have never gotten my food. I even saw a driver on the second time at the place, but then they canceled, and the order got reassigned so either place closed really early this was before 10 even, or they was another problem. I am still waiting. Maybe I will get it since the reassigned driver is approaching the place, and I will update and maybe adjust my review if I do, but I am not holding out hope.
Edit Okay, I did finally get my food, but echoing other orders on here, it was incomplete. What I did get was okay, hardly the best I have gotten from a pizza hut, but okay. I was missing the extra sauce I ordered along with the breadsticks that are included with the pasta. I added one more star bringing my review to two stars, but honestly, I would not recommend this place. There are other Pizza Huts in the area, and I would just try them first. You might have a good time. Some other reviews seem to speak to that, but mine and a lot of other people...
   Read moreThis place is absolutely terrible. I placed an order online at 5:54pm today. After it had been over an hour (7:14pm) I decided to give the store a call and ask about the status of my order. The first time I called, the phone kept ringing until I got the message that everyone was already on a call and that someone would be with me shortly... It rang some more and then I was hung up on. I immediately called back and a girl finally answered. I told her I placed an order online over an hour ago and would like to know the status. She completely ignores my questions and tells me âweâre not doing deliveries tonightâ. No apology... nothing. I then asked why no one had called to inform me and she had the audacity to say âthey probably did and you just didnât answerâ. Who says that to a customer?!?!? I double checked my phone just to humor her and make sure (i have an Apple Watch so even if I didnât hear my phone ring, I wouldâve felt my watch vibrate) and low and behold..... NO MISSED calls. I am livid. It would have been nice if someone called to let me know they cancelled my order because they couldnât deliver it so I couldâve ordered food elsewhere but no... This was incredibly rude to say the least... I feel the situation could have been handled way better. I will never order from...
   Read moreUpdate :::: I recently revisited this location. I'm not sure what happened or who's in charge now, but they're doing a wonderful job. I decided to order for carry-out becauae it was a Saturday and I knew the delivery wait would be long. When I got there the young lady working the cash register was busy helping another customer. She was so professional and smiled the whole time. I was surprised because in the past the staff would ALWAYS have an attitude for some reason. When it was my turn she still had that smile the whole time. The pizza was good. I'm very impressed with the service I received. Good customer service and a smile goes a long way with me. I'm giving this location 4 stars.
This pizza hut has cancelled my order without notice or any valid reason. I've sat for almost 2 1/2 hours waiting on an order to arrive that was said to take 45 mins. When I make calls to get an update on my order the girl (it's always a girl that answers) has an attitude. The customer service is horrible. Management need to step up and get a handle on things.
