Read moreWent early in the morning on my way to work. I was the only person in line. Attendant was a bit snappy, but I remained humbled (she may have been having a bad morning 🤷🏾♀️). I paid for and received my meal. After preparing my coffee before leaving the parking lot, a grabbed my hashbrown patty... It was lukewarm. A bit bothered, I just figured they may have prepared some things early, and my hashbrown may have sat a little bit. Well, when I went to eat my breakfast sandwich shortly afterwards, it was barely warm as well! If I hadn't been on my way to work, and a ways down the road at that point, I would've turned around, took what was left back, got a refund and taken my service elsewhere. I was in the drive thru line for over 30 mins, and when I finally got to the speaker, I was clearly ignored. Sat at the speaker for about 10-15 mins while cars were blowing at me. I assumed the speaker was broke. So I drove up to the window just for the employee to tell me she spoke on the speaker 5 times and if no one answers the speaker cuts off. I told her that the car in front of me was still in front of the speaker and when I finally reached the speaker I rolled down my window and no one spoke to me. She told me to get back in line.
