Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Dallas

so i just wanna say i was skeptical from the reviews but GOING here myself and trying it at first I was just gonna get the crawfish fried rice as I’m from (Arlington) we used to have a spot called Hong Kong Café and they have the best crawfish fried rice but they shut down a couple years ago and I’ve been trying to find a good place and baby. Let me tell you just put some slap ya mama on it and boom. spicy crawfish fried rice , i’ve also decided to try the chicken and fries along with the red beans and rice was a little salty but still good and flavorful ,so to me 10/10 everything was made fresh and the chicken was seasoned to a T & they were really respectful and this is definitely a hidden gem for me i loved it !

Bad customer service!! I called to ask about an order, and the girl who answered the phone was rude! She was unprofessional, and personally related to the phone call as a street person. She was street, and not professional! I asked to talk to the owner, and he took up for her. He didn't think she was rude, and I told him customers like me pay her bills! He said I didn't, he did! I told him I pay all of your bills, and so does any customer who comes their with dollar bills in their hands!! He told me I was one customer, he doesn't care about any reviews, and at the end of the day he still makes money! I said okay, we will surely see! I wouldn't go there if I was you, 0 stars! I have to give a star in order...

I'm sorry but I have to give a review in this place, the chicken is bland, the gravy tastes nasty alot of garlic or something taste like rubber, the mashed potatoes taste like flour without salt, the dirty rice taste nasty I really have no words for this food, wrong name for the restaurant it's a disgrace.... The customer service is the best thing out of this place, I paid 21 dollars which is to high for the food price..... I should just went to Williams chicken.... They should get a homeless out the street to show them what real chicken taste like, I bet they could cook better, that's a win win...
