Not a fan of this place and haven't been for years. It has nothing to do with politics. It has to do with the quality and quantity of the product. We used to frequent the place a lot when they ooened years ago. I was in highschool and my Mom thought the size and flavor were good. The price was manageable with 4 kids to feed. However, we went less and less as the prices went up and the size of the chicken in proportion to the bun was 10 to 1...10 being a huge bun and 1 being a tiny piece of chicken! The flavor and the size has drastically gone down. To me it's just a knock off of KFC's recipe...I thought that from way back in the day! There are a bunch of sheeples that still fall for this place but as a REAL FOODIE, I caught on early that this place catered tombland palettes. I don't have a bland palette so my tastebuds do not like it! They will never like it. This last visit was for my sister who was recovering from TheCrud(Covid19) and she chose this place. The employee was less than stellar because I asked to see the menu on his tablet. I don't have the menu memorized like all the other sheeples. Then he became annoyed again when HIS card reader didn't work. He acted like it was my fault and that my card was faulty. My card scanned fine at the window. This company touts themselves in stellar customer service. Not my experience at all. Everyone has a bad day but if you are in the SERVICE INDUSTRY, you are not allowed to show it. Ever! Don't be a sheeple and eat somewhere more flavorful and with better service! UPDATE: NOTHING...
Read moreI got to this location all the time. Usually itâs always great. Today I decided to go inside to let me daughter play in the play area and had a crappy experience.
First Jose had a hard time taking my order and made numerous mistakes to the point he had to ask another employee, Alexa to help him. Jose is new so completely understandable. They were both respectful and friendly.
After my order was brought to my table, I seen a few issues, the Tea wasnât a sweet tea and the sandwich was missing cheese. No big deal.
So I asked John for a new sweet tea, they said they had to make it and I went back to sit down and noticed my sandwich missing cheese. I took it back to him, to which he just threw a cold slab of cheese on it. I asked politely if he wouldnât mind heating it up because the sandwich was cold and wasnât melting the cheese at that point. He made a noice and took it to the register where he put in the replacement and started talking and laughing about it to a colleague (I donât know the name of). To which the colleague laughed and looked directly at me.
Very disrespectful. Especially since I am literally sitting facing the direction of the counter and within earshot.
Now Iâm wondering if I should eat my food, all my other food is cold and now Iâm wondering if my food has been messed with. Absolutely disgusting to have to worry about my food as a PAYING customer⌠so sorry that I have a preference. For $12 a meal it shouldnât be a big deal.

Read moreworst restaurant experience from 3820 W Northwest Hwy location. As soon as we walked in Manager Diego accused us of honking at a broken down car in the parking lot and said he was not going to serve us for that reason. I was confused and tried to clarify he was very rude and kept saying that we were rude to that car and that we had to leave the restaurant or he would call the police. I tried to explain that we never honked at anyone and that he was falsely accusing us of something we didnât do. He didnât seem to care to what we were Trying to explain. He said someone told him it was a grey Toyota and we had one so it had to be us, granted the parking lot was full of cars. from the moment we pulled into the parking we never heard any honking from anyone so that must of happened prior to us pulling in. Needless to say things escalated my brother approached us to see what was happening, he shared unkind words with Diego and threw his drink on the counter, those actions were unnecessary, however we felt embarrassed and humiliated by his accusations with no proof other than we had a grey Toyota in a parking lot full of cars. Diego handled the situation very poorly and ruined the image we had of chick-fil-a and the customer service experience that you all pride yourself in. Chick-fil-a should be embarrassed to hire such unprofessional staff. From reading other reviews it seems like Poor customer is common at this location. #fireDiego heâs clearly not trained to lead a restaurant and sets a poor example...
