Whataburger — Restaurant in Dallas

I come to this establishment often for my lunch breaks, I don't even care so much that no one wipes down tables here, but the past 2 times I have had horrible service. The first incident I spoke to a woman named Frankie, she was walking by when I asked "Hey, could you tell me what the managers name is please" She rudely stoppped me and said, "My name is not Aye, my name is ms. frankie, I don't do that aye stuff" I did not see her name tag nor was I being rude, I asked her if her manager was from a different location at one point in which she responded with "I don't know his personal business, I don'tget in peoples personal business, you can talk to him if you want to know" very rudely.

Today I come back after the first incident to practically have my tray thrown at me by a man named Gary who also snatched my number off the table and didn't say a single word. Thanks for the ketchup, bud! After getting our own ketchup from the front we watched Gary wear the same gloves as he touched trash cans, trays, the outside trash can, condiments and brooms to touch french fries etc. I am disgusted.

Someone needs to talk to this staff... it isn't usually this bad

UPDATE: I called to speak to a manager or get an email, was on hold for 10 min and then was hung up on, When I called back a very rude lady who said she was a manager asked me why I was asking all of these questions "calling to ask for a gm" and told me the GM wouldn't be back for 2 weeks and she has no number for corporate and she didn't even know the General managers name. This location purposefully overcharges on items. I discussed this with a manager and he assured me that if it happens again that I can just talk to a manager and they will correct it. However, I did just that and the manager on duty refuses to price food correctly. Note, I eat at Whataburger 5 times a week and the price on the website is the correct price for the food. Every other location I go to prices it's food correctly. This location will charge you for items that are supposed to be free substitutions.

If that is not enough, this location frequently messes up orders, far more than any other Whataburger location I've seen. My buddy orders delivery for all his food but this Whataburger messed up his orders so many times that he is now forced to drive to a farther location (since the app he uses only allows delivery from this terrible location).

I personally added a patty to my burger, paid for it, and was not given the extra patty (in fact they made 4 different mistakes to my order). I wrote to complain about that and received NO RESPONSE from the restaurant. This is of course not the only time they have messed up my order but I chose to mention this time since it's appalling that a restaurant would not respond to a customer complaint.

This is just a poorly run store all around. Beware of the positive reviews. Those are likely paid posters or at the very least posters who have only been to this location once or twice. I eat Whataburger 5...

A couple weeks ago I ordered #2, added bacon, cheese request. When I got dn the street to my 4:30am job, my burger was missing the bacon. Well, I didn't feel like going back, as I was hungry, so I just ate my meal, started to work. The next wk on my way towork, I ordered the same thing. This time the cheese was missing! Well, again I was hungry, just ate. A few days later when I went back through the drive thru, I ordered the same, as I always do (I am a regular) I did give a friendly complaint, asking Monica to "please make sure not to miss my bacon, cheese" Monica sincerely apologized, said she would make my order right. When I drove up to the window to receive myorder, Monica forgave the charge, gave me my order free of charge! I will continue to be their faithful customer as Monica herself is a faithfull employee. The whole night staff is great! Whoever is in charge there at night is a great leader, and where there's good leadership, there is good fellowship. Thank you Monica for always making my day with your great smile, great attitude. In addition to my testimony, I always order an apple pie with my order.
