2nd time I ordered online for pick up from here and they hadn't started on my order in both cases when I arrived to pick them up 30 and 35 minutes after placing the order. They were not aware of the order at all both times until i arrived due to not checking their phone and other screens for updates. The first time, I used the slice app. Noting that this was difficult for them, I used their direct website the 2nd time with the same result. With both orders, the pizzas had raw uncooked dough, likely due to them not thawing it out properly. This both on the Chicago style and thin crust as pictured below. Looks like this is the only real review for this establishment. These 2 12" med pizzas only were over $40 for this 2nd order..Good luck..

UPDATE: Alex apologized and made up some lies about spectrum internet service being the reason they didn't get my online orders. I watched him use his cell phone to check my order which of course always has cell service. They added some points to my account worth $8. I placed the same online order again a few nights ago and for the 3Rd and final time, they were not aware of my order when I arrived 20 minutes after ordering. They said it would be another 15 minutes so I ran an errand and returned 17 minutes later and had to wait another 6 minutes for the order. Alex did figure out that they had done this very same thing to me 2 previous times and he refunded my money for the order. Good thing he did, becuase it was not edible once again. Raw dough in both the thin crust and of course the Chicago style. The sad truth is that these people have proven without a doubt that they cannot manage any aspect of the restraunt business and should therefore change occupations to something that they are able to contribute positively to society doing.
