Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Dallas

Omg I've never been treated with such ATROCIOUS customer Service. The Cashier I believe her name is Maria but I'm unsure as she had no name tag on. She was the rudest, impatient, unconcerned, oh did I mention RUDEST cashier I've ever met. I will Never give my business to church's AGAIN. I will be blogging about this on my social media site. She gave me cold French fries and when I told her they were cold she rolled her eyes and told me "well they just came out" I told her I didn't want cold fries she walked out and slammed more in the tray to be cooked. She never greeted me, and was very hostile. After I received the fries (hot) thankfully. I said Thank you to her 5 times she nevwr responded when I asked for her manager he came. I attempted to explain to him about her rude mannerisms she interjected and said " you asked for bit fries and you got them" and turned around after I told her I wasn't talking to her. I tjen asked her manager if this is the way to which Church's trains their employees, he shook his head and said he'd take care of it then patted the employee on the back as to say "job well done " I was flabbergasted the customer behind me said I like hot fires too but sometimes theu have such bad attitudes here. I was mortified at this establishment's customer service. I should have asked for my money back and advised every customer after me to go to Popeyes which is around the corner. They weren't even busy. I don't see why barely any of the food wasn't fresh. I ordered a 3 piece meal with fries, mac & cheese, and lemonade for the drink. I spent almost $20 for cold food. I didn't feel like getting outta the car. So I drove around to the drive-thru. I told them that my fries were cold. They guy didn't even ask me what size my fries were. He just automatically assumed that they were small. He handed me a bag with a small fry. I told him no that my fries were large. I had to pull up and wait for the fries. The young lady brought my fries. I don't know why I didn't check my Mac & cheese while she was standing there because by the time I opened up my Mac & cheese. It looks like it's been sitting there all day. It looks like noodles with cottage cheese 🤮🤢. It literally takes 8 minutes for them to make some fresh Mac & cheese. This is just from me just sitting in the Church's parking lot trying to enjoy my food. I just asked for my money back. I won't be going back to this location again. Where to start? We ordered a 10 piece mixed bucket, and payed for it with credit card. Then were told they didn't have any white meat. They asked if we would prefer 5 extra pieces of dark instead. This would be ok, if what followed didn't happen. We asked for a refund so we could go somewhere else to feed our starved children before it got much later. We were told they could not refund our credit card payment because "they weren't allowed to anymore". So fair warning, watch for the old bait and switch. Next time maybe let the customer know you're out of something before you make any "irreversible" transactions. After a long discussion they refunded us with cash....
