Horrible experience. Worst cookies I have ever received from any crumbl location.
Edit: Crumbl corporate was great with attempting to handle my concern. They let me know that everything was store level based and I needed to get in contact with them. After attempting to call them with no answer, an email was provided to me. I eventually received communication from the manager of this store. They displaced the blame on their staff, saying everyone was “still learning” a cookie that came out 6 days prior. I then was requested that “next time” I need to drive back to the location, return the cookies, to allow a learning opportunity for their employees. Isn’t it crumbl’s customer service satisfaction to quality check their cookies before sending them off? Aren’t they also supposed to show the customer before they leave (did not happen, employee took off after shoving the box in my car)? Why am I responsible to drive another 20 minutes each way for a “learning opportunity”? That’s my time and my gas that you’re requesting I waste. Needless to say, I was beyond disappointed with the managers response, and requiring ME to take additional steps for their mistake. I provided photos and an explanation as to why my cookies were below standard and required a refund. All they needed to do, was reply that they were sorry for the situation and issue the refund. It’s no wonder they still had the cinnamon square in stock still (the closest location to me was out), because even after 6 days, they couldn’t get it right. Photo attached to show the pitiful amount of batter that was in my tin, which was also overcooked and inedible. Glad to know I will never have to step foot in this...
Read moreGoing to def try another location. I used to come here but the staff seems so awkward, un energetic and depressing. I always walk out questioning my existence and I am so open and friendly. Is everyone okay at this location? The pay can’t be that bad. Crumbl is legit but maybe it is just personality types. Maybe everyone is just introverted but sheesh. Maybe music?
Also, I ended up getting 3 cookies but realized I should have just made it a 4-pack but already paid. The customer rep called my name to give me my 3 cookies and I asked her if I could upgrade to 4. She just walked away and left me standing there lol hahahah before finally turning around and saying the cashier could help me. Then the cashier who is always underwhelming said she didn’t believe she could change the order or charge the difference.
Everyone in there just looks so lost. I get they are all prob young but geeesh I started working at McDonalds at 16 and had more energy than that. I am 42 now and own my own business. Cookies are great. Staff- ehhhhh and I NEVER leave bad reviews. That isn’t my jam but this...
