Horrible experience. Worst cookies I have ever received from any crumbl location.

Edit: Crumbl corporate was great with attempting to handle my concern. They let me know that everything was store level based and I needed to get in contact with them. After attempting to call them with no answer, an email was provided to me. I eventually received communication from the manager of this store. They displaced the blame on their staff, saying everyone was “still learning” a cookie that came out 6 days prior. I then was requested that “next time” I need to drive back to the location, return the cookies, to allow a learning opportunity for their employees. Isn’t it crumbl’s customer service satisfaction to quality check their cookies before sending them off? Aren’t they also supposed to show the customer before they leave (did not happen, employee took off after shoving the box in my car)? Why am I responsible to drive another 20 minutes each way for a “learning opportunity”? That’s my time and my gas that you’re requesting I waste. Needless to say, I was beyond disappointed with the managers response, and requiring ME to take additional steps for their mistake. I provided photos and an explanation as to why my cookies were below standard and required a refund. All they needed to do, was reply that they were sorry for the situation and issue the refund. It’s no wonder they still had the cinnamon square in stock still (the closest location to me was out), because even after 6 days, they couldn’t get it right. Photo attached to show the pitiful amount of batter that was in my tin, which was also overcooked and inedible. Glad to know I will never have to step foot in this...

Going to def try another location. I used to come here but the staff seems so awkward, un energetic and depressing. I always walk out questioning my existence and I am so open and friendly. Is everyone okay at this location? The pay can’t be that bad. Crumbl is legit but maybe it is just personality types. Maybe everyone is just introverted but sheesh. Maybe music?

Also, I ended up getting 3 cookies but realized I should have just made it a 4-pack but already paid. The customer rep called my name to give me my 3 cookies and I asked her if I could upgrade to 4. She just walked away and left me standing there lol hahahah before finally turning around and saying the cashier could help me. Then the cashier who is always underwhelming said she didn’t believe she could change the order or charge the difference.

Everyone in there just looks so lost. I get they are all prob young but geeesh I started working at McDonalds at 16 and had more energy than that. I am 42 now and own my own business. Cookies are great. Staff- ehhhhh and I NEVER leave bad reviews. That isn’t my jam but this...

This breaks my heart to write as me and my wife love this company it's the one thing when we are having a rough day I can always count on to pick up her spirits no matter the cause ...work life kids etc .. but today I was in Dallas and googled crumbl the closest one what's Preston hollow to start of the service was quick yes but very quick tbh no formal greeting no happiness I've come to be used to from this company but to go on the second issue I wanted a note on the box no option for it she never asked literally walked off so I felt uncomfortable to ask them we get to the best slash worst part it's supposed to be the best part I dealt with rest and wouldn't have reviewed in this manner if not for the fact it tasted stale like a day or two old cookie would it also had this weird oily fishy taste like the oil had started to separate (indicative of old cookie) so bad so my wife ate one bite I ate two just to try and it ended up in trash again this is my first bad experience the company is awesome but I did not like anything about this...

Will start by saying that we order regularly from this location to our office and they are usually great….ordered today and this is the box we received. Thankfully these were just for us in the office and not being set out for clients as they usually are. This was after I took the time to pry the cookies apart and off of the lid. I’d guess they took a tumble in the delivery drivers car…however the quality aside from that looks horrible! Was thankful that when I called they were able to refund the item that was missing and hopefully report that driver….for what is expected of Crumble, this was such a letdown.

This place has SO much potential, this was my 3rd in-store visit and they just haven't hit the mark. This time my cookie wasn't fully cooked in the center. Each time I've been in the store there seems to be an over abundance of employees, or bakers as they are referred to, and none seem to have any leadership role.. I'm guessing due to a high turnover rate. I'm crossing my fingers they figure things out!
