QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Dallas

I love Qdoba but my experience at this location today was TERRIBLE. I walked in around 7:00 pm and the restaurant was empty but the kids of the employees were running around the restaurant. We weren’t greeted and all of the tables were dirty which immediately made eating inside not an option. I ordered a bowl and the lady making it was very rude. Everything on the line looked like it had been sitting there for hours and there was no queso so I kindly asked if they had fresh queso coming out. She said “no we are out the rest of the day” (2 hours before closing). She then made the bowl like we were in a jailhouse. HORRIBLE attitude! I had to ask her to put more rice in the bowl. If I’m going to pay $12 for steak in my bowl the least you can do is not give me a toddlers portion. There was no corn, and no pico. Yesterday visiting this location 1st time ordered lunch. Worker, older male was rude and not patient since we walked in. His demeanor was snappy I was downloading the app so I stepped to the side and I would’ve walked out but I had 2 other persons with me so I dealt with the uncomfortable visit. Didn’t greet either, I asked for the chicken bowl he asked me if I wanted brown or white rice I was looking for brown as I do prefer it but all I saw was what looked to be Spanish rice not brown rice it was brown in color. When my fiance and I walked inside employees were eating on the job. Nobody came to help us right away. They continued holding their conversations until they were done before assisting us. They don't give enough portions of the meat selections or toppings. So we said that we would pay extra for the portions we wanted. Still wasnt give the amount we PAID EXTRA for. And one the employees who came to intervene to assist their coworker with making our food; she acknowledged we would be charged extra. Like we wasn't the ones who suggested it in the first place.
