Read moreI absolutely love summer moon coffee and I always come to this location. Unfortunately tho I’ve started to notice that the exact same drink that I always order is now becoming inconsistent depending on who makes it. I thought their recipes were supposed to be consistent to the drink being ordered? Mine taste different every time depending on who makes it. I’m wondering if some baristas are not being trained on drink recipes or what’s going on? I’d never want to be that hovering customer who watches and critiques how my drink is made, I just want to place the order and trust that they’ve got it from there. I used to always go to Herbs house coffee because it’s close to my house & the drinks are always consistent. Then I discovered Summer Moon and became a regular. It’s a little further out for me but I make the drive because it’s typically always worth it. There’s nothing more disappointing than an inconsistent coffee drink especially when all you want is your go to coffee drink. Consistency is probably the most important! I don’t mind spending 8-9 bucks on a drink as long as I can trust it’s made the same every single time regardless of...
Read morehonestly if you’re thinking about supporting a small coffee shop just don’t or at least this one. i went in to get a drink with my friends and i decided to try the iced cinnamoon latte, probably one of the worst drinks i’ve ever tasted. idk if it was bc how it was made or if it’s just meant to taste like that but i was not impressed. so my friend went back for me to go ask if they could remake me a new drink cause if it tasted that bad there’s no way it was made right. but then they charged me for a whole new drink and had my old one thrown away. so basically i paid $18 for my drink… instead of being disappointed by the same drink twice i decided to go with a iced matcha latte which was disappointing anyways. they put only the 16oz prices on the board and then asked if i wanted a 16 or 20oz so when i said 20oz i was expecting at most 40¢ more but it was a $1 for 4oz of liquid? then for if you’re lactose in tolerant you have to pay a $1 for your milk substitute… like it’s your fault you can’t drink dairy. i can understand maybe 30¢ but not $1. there’s no way the reviews for this place aren’t fake. on a good note my friends...
