Never ate here, but it's a small out of the way place that sells spaghetti dinners with meatballs for an incredible price. It may be worth looking into. Coupons have no expiration dates. All major credit cards accepted. Delivery available if not using a coupon, and free with minimum order of $10. Hot Philly sandwiches, pizza, lasazna, stromboli, calzone, salad plates, chicken parmasean dinners and lunch specials. Check it out. Near El Rancho Food Store

Ordered through door dash and it was TERRIBLE. Pizza was so salty we could only eat one slice each. Before resorting to a frozen pizza. Much better. Pasta was scalding hot yet the cheese on top was hard and not even melted. Same with the garlic bread and Stromboli. This was a sad waste of $50. Had high hopes based on other reviews.

Place was empty at 7 at night and they definitely had an older cheese they just threw some toppings on and heated up, but not enough to actually heat up the toppings. Edible and cheap but not in any way good. Part of the bottom was burnt too. I ate it and survived though.

I always had good customer service up until today. I just had a horrible encounter over the phone with the owner, Elario. I was ordering pizza in Spanish with him since I know he is more comfortable speaking Spanish than English due to my other encounters with him. I didn’t understand the last thing he said because he said it too quickly in Spanish to me and I asked him to repeat what he said. He got an attitude and told me that I need to be paying attention to only him when I call because that’s why they get the orders wrong. He went on a rant and was rude, I couldn’t keep up with his rant because he was speaking so fast. I was shocked at how rude he was. He read my order back to me and asked if that was it and I just told him to cancel my order instead. He seemed bothered and hung up on me. I sat there in disbelief and decided to call him back. I decided to record the second call because I knew my husband would have a hard time believing I was treated that way. I called him back and let him know that I didn’t appreciate the way he spoke to me and I explained to him that I had been a loyal customer for years. I had been a customer since they were in this tiny little spot on Gaston, then when they moved across the street, and again now that they are on Haskell. I told him that he was rude and it wasn’t necessary, he asked if I was going to order something or not because he was busy. I told him that I just wanted to let him know that he had lost a loyal customer due to his attitude and rudeness. He wasn’t apologetic at all and seemed that he could care less. He cut me off and hung up on me a second time. He must’ve been having a bad day, but sadly took it out on a loyal customer. I’m deeply saddened by this encounter because I’ve absolutely enjoyed their pizza for years but I refuse to give my hard earned money to an establishment with a rude owner that doesn’t appreciate his customers. Their pizza is so good but the lack in customer service is enough to keep me from ordering...

I usually have a wonderful experience when i come to this restuarant or order food, but the customer service was horrible this time. The guy kept speaking over me like he knew what i wanted and what i was asking and he could barely speak english. I was appalled when he hung up in my face multiple times when i asked to speak to a manager. Foods Great but until they fix the horrible customer service, i advise you to stick to something else..that is unless you like rude. Update 07/08/2021 Yeah it's still bad service as well as them hiking taxes to what they want. This is officially my last visit. Food is so good, but not worth the problems. Update 06/28/2022 Customer service was way better, but they still just add on taxes however they want. A small one topping pizza is advertised as $6, they charged me $6.50. Lasagna is advertised at $7.50, they charged me $8.50. they need to either update their menu or they need to learn how to properly apply taxes. The only reason I came here was because I was so busy and so hungry and it was convenient. Other than that, I probably won't be back. Food is still great, just don't like being double taxed. Updated 02/06/23 I decided to come back because the food is good, the service is just spotty sometimes, but this time everything was perfect. The customer service was great, no double taxing and my food was...

If I could give zero for a review I would. The food this place serves is disgusting and looked/tasted like it was leftover pizza that had just been microwaved. It was the first and last time to ever order from there. That's not even to mention their customer service! The owner came to our door and argued with my fiance about the food and price that he just decided to change upon arriving. The flyer said free delivery but charged us $12 for that. The pizzas were suppose to be $15 each and ended up being $20 each. The wings (which were the wings you buy at the Walmart frozen food section) tasted and were soggy like they were microwaved were suppose to be ($8.50 for 12 and came with ranch) were actually $12 and charged $1.50 for a 1oz cup of ranch. There was also a long strand of hair baked into one of the pizzas. Is you're thinking of trying this place, DON'T!! we love supporting small businesses, but in this case kicking ourselves for not ordering Dominoes. Save yourself the...
