I placed an order for my son’s birthday party online the night before. I had someone pick up the pizza because we were prepping everything for the birthday party. I answered a call from a Grand Prairie number. It was the GM from the store stating the pizza wasn’t paid for. I let him know I had done Apple Pay and when the pizza was picked up nobody said anything. He said they had been trying to call since the pizza had been picked up and nobody answered, I let him know that was correct prepping and setting up for a birthday party was taking place therefore I couldn’t get the phone. He said “that’s not my problem, I tried calling you right after the pizza was picked up at 2,” I asked why the number was from GP he said it was “his personal number”.He said he needed all the card information so he can charge me and I told him no. I wasn’t going to give all my credit card information to someone calling from their personal phone. He said “corporate doesn’t charge on the weekends and that’s why the payment didn’t go through”, Wthell???. I’ve place orders for work multiple times over the last couple of years, payed ahead of time and NEVER had an issue. He proceeds to tell me your profile only shows two orders, obviously I don’t use the same profile for work. Two separate accounts, but that’s your excuse for trying to make a point that I don’t order often? Or that he can’t tell that I know what the process is. I told him that “corporate not charging it on the weekends” was not my problem nor was it my problem that someone at the store didn’t catch it.he said he could call front the store and proceed to start calling me, I did not answer, I kept him on the line he was on. I told him so you want me to stop what I’m doing to go make this right and go to the store He said “you don’t want to give me payment over the phone so you have to do what you have to do but I need payment right now. This is my work phone.” I let him know it wasn’t my fault someone or even him didn’t do their job right. He said a male picked up the order, I said yes because I was busy and nobody said anything to the person who picked it up. They even bought ranch went in the store back and forth 3xs!!!!!! And nobody caught that the pizza wasn’t paid for!!!!! I asked him to give me his information and his managers information. The person who picked up the pizza went back to pay for it in person for me and when he asked for his managers name he said it’s “Charles Allen” so they proceeded to ask if his boss name was the same as his and he said “yes.” Then when asked again he said something along the lines of “Wendell”.
Very bad customer service in general. They make mistakes and blame the customer. Or make it the consumer’s fault. This manager “Charles Allen” needs serious customer training. I have worked customer service(retail over 10 years) and this is not how you handle a situation. There should be compensation for this. What if nobody would have gone back and paid for it? He was going to HARASS ME on the phone. Mind you that at NO POINT WAS THERE A VOICEMAIL LEFT TO ASK FOR A CALL BACK or to...

This location was showing such promise and improvement over the last couple of years.
Recently, I need someone to call me from your headquarters. Not the STORE!
I ordered pizza.
First I get a call from the young lady making our pizza. She says they no longer have gluten free.
I had no issue no problem. Asked her to sub for a thin and crispy.
Then maybe 35 mins later I start checking the tracker to see where the pizza is. It was taking too long.
Tracer showed my delivery guy in a nearby neighborhood but not in my immediate area.
I could visibly see him moving then he came approx 1 mile from my home and order was marked complete. I DID NOT HAVE MY ORDER. I WAS STANDING OUTSIDE IN THE COLD WAITING.
I waited 10 more minutes just in case there was in error in the system.
Nothing !!
So I call the store to confirm delivery address or make sure it didn’t get delivered to the wrong home. After 15 MINS! I got upset and DROVE to the store!!
I got to the store and was waiting in line 10 mins! No one addressed me, and the young lady who makes the pizza with horrific attitude asked “what do [I] want”
I explained the issue that they falsely marked my order complete at this point it was over 30 mins. I explained I was literally still on hold with them waiting just to get answers.
I put my phone on speaker and they heard me on hold.
They young lady ignored me and a gentlemen said “what was your order” I told him my order and he said ohhh he just left like right now. And then they said “bye have a good night” sarcastically without even addressing the issue.
I get back home.
Still NOTHING!
15 more mins later finally it shows up.
To be fair the delivery driver himself was extremely apologetic and understanding. He was the only one with any sense of customer service.
Pizza was cold and not...
Read moreI live in this area and frequently place orders at this dominos location. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a lack of courtesy that left a sour taste in my mouth—literally and figuratively.
When I approached the counter pick up my order, the staff member seemed disinterested and spoke to me in a rude tone. It felt as though my presence was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I understand that everyone has off days, but basic respect is a minimum requirement in customer service.
I asked for light red sauce on my pizza, but they did not follow my instructions. I asked if they could remake it and I was met with attitude and disrespect. If the pizza is incorrect or not fixed to my liking, why was this a problem?
To make matters worse, when there was an issue with my pizza, the employee fixed it without wearing gloves. This not only raised concerns about hygiene but also showed a blatant disregard for food safety practices. Watching them handle my food so carelessly was extremely unsettling.
The overall disrespect I experienced during my visit was disappointing. I will be following up Domino's customer service directly to report the manager and...
