El Pulpo — Restaurant in Dallas

I don't know what's up with this restaurant because I love the food from there and every time I go by myself everything is good but as soon as I go with my wife I have a lot of problems in this restaurant I'm stubborn so I can continue to go back but I think this is the last time I go the waitresses treat my wife like s* and I hate to see that I hate to see my wife go through that just because I like the food and it's crazy how it always happens and there is nothing you staff so it's crazy I've told the manager and the manager has told him stuff but seems like she doesn't care a lot about that and for some reason her food always seems to come out bad and for that reason I don't recommend anyone to go I'm pretty sure they spit in my wife's food or something but I don't like to think like that just putting what I went through everyone have a good day and...

I used to come to this place back in the day with my wife. I always thought it was good. It's been awhile since we've eaten here so last Sunday we decided to go. We sat down and ordered our drinks. I asked for a Jarito with a cup of ice. The waitress brought me my Jarito and cup of ice. As I was about to start pouring my drink into my cup, I seen a little roach crawl out from the inside of the cup to the outside, then another one followed. Came here to celebrate a birthday. Have been coming here for years but lately or recently it hasn’t been same since they have expanded it. Came on a Sunday around lunchtime and were told to find a table and someone would be with us. We were waiting for about 15 to 20 minutes before one of had to go and get the attention of the waitress. The food took long to arrive and wasn’t the best. Almost everyone in our party wasn’t happy with their food experience. Personally I wasn’t either. I got the fried fish and shrimp.
