Food was delicious as always, but the waitress service is the worst. If your not a man going in alone you won’t get waited on hand and foot. If you go in as a couple man and woman together , they’ll leave the restaurant, leave you waiting till they get back to from wherever they went , then finally take your dirty plates . You’ll Wait on ticket . Kids going in and out of the kitchen, another kid doing homework at the booth. Is this a house or a restaurant? Waitress could care less and I paid over $50 for this service. I finally got my ticket and had to wait a while and no one would come to the register to take my money. Until the little girl that was in her school uniform told the waitress that I was ready to pay. We didn’t ask for another beer because we no longer had a waitress. We had no waitress for over 15 min., but a group of men were sitting behind us and they were waited on hand and foot smiles coming out from every opening of their bodies. Overly friendly. Keeping conversation anything and everything they wanted they got quick. They were in and out faster than us because of the quick service they received. And they were several men. We were only 2 people. It made my husband mad that he had to tell another waitress to bring us our ticket. We asked for a cup of ice . I was given 8 cubes of ice in a 32 oz huge cup to go. Wow!!!!!! Paid $53 to be exact. For this type of service. Ladies these waitresses are disrespectful when you go in with your man. You won’t get good waitress service if you go their. Tables and bottles sauces are sticky, Not properly cleaned. I ordered an octopus a las brazas they only gave me half of the octopus. The menu says it comes with rice and salad, I ask for it they said is does not comes with it. Waitress is very distracted, had to ask her several times for forks and knives so I va eat my food, she kept forgetting what I ask her. Serving time was ok. I eat shrimp and all kinds of seafood all the time. I just got an allergic reaction from eating two pieces of shrimp from here. And somehow, an appetizer of obviously frozen shrimp and octopus plus one michelada came out to $25. My SO was too concerned with getting me out of there to dispute our bill but I will definitely never go back.
